Multumit de serviciile hotelului. Personalul este respectos si este curat in hotel. Meniul variat si mancarea foarte buna.

Poate mai multa lumina, in zona parcarilor. Iluminatul exterior, cred ca poate fi atent upgradat.

totul foarte curat, aerul condiionat funciona ireproabil, piscina curata si inclzit, mancarea buna.

Cu toate ca erau afie in care scria ca accesul le piscina este gratuit pentru cei care locuiesc in hotel, ni s-au cerut 50lei/pers pentru 2 ore. La televizor foarte puine programe; nu prea aveai la ce sa te uii.

Hotelul este foarte curat. Personalul de la recepie a fost amabil. Noi am avut i mic dejun inclus i mancarea a fost foarte ok, suficienta pentru toata lumea. Doamnele care s-au ocupat de curaenia in camera sunt de treaba i chiar i-au facut treaba foarte bine!

Nu exista plasa de insecte i inand cont ca am prins i o zi ploioasa am avut ceva probleme cu anarii. Dar se rezolva foarte uor cu un aparat electric pe care noi nu l-am lasat in priza peste zi dar doamna care a facut curat ne-a pornit i aerul condiionat i ne-a pus i aparatul in priza. Cred ca au i la recepie o soluie pentru aceasta problema dar noi nu am apelat la ea.

televizorul din camera este vechi de acum cel putin 20 de ani, mic, imagine cu purici, etc. Mancarea este total nesatisfacatoare in ce priveste felurile si pregatirea.

Hotel curat, foarte bine amplasat, aproape de restaurante si marketuri, de centrul statiunii Neptun, aproape de plaja, cu multa verdeata in jur, destul de linistit.

Intr-o saptamana nu s-au schimbat prosoapele niciodata. La micul dejun nu erau cesti si tacamuri suficiente.

Baza de tratament ne-a oferit servicii de calitate, iar personalul hotelului si bazei de tratament a fost amabil

Din pacate Hotel Doina e blocat undeva in anii 80 si nu da semne ca si-ar dori sa ajunga in zilele noastre: mic dejun nediversificat, identic in cele patru zile petrecute, fiind bufet tb sa faci cinci-sase drumuri prin tot restaurantul ca sa reusesti sa iei tot ce ai nevoie, in fiecare dimineata a tb sa cer pahare, servetele, paine, etc pt ca nimeni nu urmarea completarea acestora. In plus, am solicitat pat suplimentar atat la agentie, cat si la hotel , dar nu au fost in masura sa ne puna unul la dispozitie, a tb sa improvizam ceva. De asemenea, desi venim in vacanta pt relaxare si odihna, nu am avut parte de liniste peste noapte din cauza unui transformator/generator situat in imediata vecinatate a hotelului care face permanent un zgomot puternic.

Baza de tratament bine organizata, personal pregatit si amabil , recomandam aceasta baza de tratament si inca odata multumiri doamnelor . Personalul Hotelului amabil si comunicativi.

Managementul RaPPS ar trebui sa aloce buget pentru inlocuirea mochetelor din camere, in primul rand pentru igiena. Pentru clasificarea de trei stelute acceptabil.

Camere mari, dorari corespunzatoare, foarte curat in tot hotelul. Zona linistita, terasa superba, servire bar si restaurant fara repros. Masa, bufet suedez, la micul dejun si la pranz , buna .

Baia extrem de mica, pt suprafaa apartamentului, obiecte sanitare fff vechi, cada de dus ruginita i panoul glusant de la dus defect si greu de manipulat, accesorii sanitare aproape lipsa. Personalul de la restaurant obosit, plictisit lipsit de serviabilitate si amabilitate. Pretul extrem de mare nu reflecta confortul.

Hotel asezat in partea dinspre statiunea Olimp. Plaja se afla la.aprox 700 m de hotel. Este dotat si intretinut corespunzator insa ar mai necesita unele imbunatatiri. Minibarul este f mic si nu raceste corespunzator. Serviciile la policlinica sunt oferite pana la ora 13.00 ceea ce ingreuneaza accesul turistilor la acestea.
