La restaurant , dei era bufet suedez , dimineaa i seara nu se completau felurile de mancare daca se terminau i apa fie plata fie cu acid trb sa te rogi sa ti aduca...si cand am zis efului sa completeze cu vin aparatul, acesta s a uitat la ceas i dei era 21,24 iar programul era pana la 21,30 a zis ca ,,la ora asta,, si ca va completa, dar nu a completat...

Sejurul petrecut la Nufarul a fost excelent. Hotelul respecta norme de curatenie foarte stricte, exista dezinfectanti si recipiente speciale pentru aruncarea mastilor la fiecare etaj, iar curatenie se face zilnic. In vecinatatea hotelului ai acces la strandul la apollo, iar la cateva minute de mers se poate vizita lacul cu nuferi. Mancarea a fost excelenta, mereu proaspata si diferita. In contextul normelor de igiena impuse de pandemie, accesul la masa se face pe serii, iar bufetul suedez este asistat de personalul hotelului, fara intarziere, servirea este rapida. Personalul este foarte amabil si imlicat in solutionarea cererilor, fie ca vorbim de ospatari sau sefi de sala, receptioneri sau cameriste. Un alt plus este capacitatea mica de cazare a hotelului, fapt ce aduce o nota de intimitate si liniste.

Destul de pozitiva despre Hotel, curat, personalul foarte amabil, tratamente OK. . totusi, in legatura cu petrecerea timpului liber (care este din plin intro astfel de statiune si perioada, cred ca arfi foarte potrivit sa se foloseasca serviciile unei companii locale de turism pentru orgnizarea de excursii de o zi sau jumatate de zi in imprejurimi. Sunt multe locuri interesante, dar cand am intrebat la receptie mi s-a spus ca nu s-a pomenit asa ceva (!!) si ca daca am vazul o reclama in Felix n-am decat sa telefonez si sa aflu de unul singur. Nu ar fi mai benefic pentru toata lumea ca hotelul sa se implice. Este totusi mai sigur cand oferta ar veni prin hotel si nu printr-un telefon la o companie pe care nu o cunosti. Sunt sigur ca ar fi o multime de amatori daca ofertele ar fi afisate si oferite prin hotel. In rest numai de bine.

Da, in legatura cu restaurantul care deserveste hotelul. Mancare cat poftesti si cred buna (!), dar in cazul unei persoane cu cerinte speciale, de exemplu, vegetarienism, desi tot personalul este foarte dragut si formal nu esti refuzat, mancarea este execrabila. Micul dejun, OK, bogat si chiar pentru vegetarieni multumitor.

cel mai tare hotel cu tot ce tine de el ,personal , mincare , cazare, distractie nu pot masura in cuvinte toate acestea si asta datorita celui mai bun si mai tare SEF va multumim pt toate acestea si revenim de fiecare data cu mare drag si o deosebita placere.

Hotel Nufărul is connected by an access corridor to the treatment base, the Wellness Center and the swimming pools inside the Thermal Hotel which has a wellness pool with hydromassage, hydrotherapy, massage, complex hydromassage, special showers with chromotherapy or aroma therapy, jacuzzi, sauna, solarium, fitness.

Spa treatment is granted for a minimum of 5 days and includes: 1 medical consultation; 3 procedures /day (except Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays the procedures corresponding to the exempted days are rescheduled on working days.

Tourists must present at the hotel proof of insurance (work certificate or pension coupon) and type ticket for medical services in the social health insurance system. Otherwise, the treatment services will be charged at the uninsured tourist rate and the tourist will be obliged to pay the difference at the reception.
