S-a imbuntit calitatea preparatelor din restaurant.

Se simte faptul c hotelul International este inchis deoarece era foarte aglomerat la piscine. Nu am prins niciodat atat de muli turiti. ar trebui acordat o mai mare atenie pregtirii camerelor. Cea in care am fost cazai lenjeriile erau uzate,cu gauri. Perei murdari, praf cat cuprinde pe veioze (de fapt pe tlpi). Coul de la baie - nu funciona clapeta care acioneaz capacul aa c trebuia s il ii cu o man. Mucegai in dreptul ferestrelor i uii. Faptul c nu mai lucra doamna Laura, la masaj, iar doamna de la tratamente faciale era in concediu. ar trebui reamenajat sala de fitness, care are 2 aparate. Cel mai bine ar trebui amenajat o camer undeva in zona mesei de biliard.

Mancare bun, destul de variat, muzic live in timpul sptmanii, personal drgu. Renovarea recent destul de reuit, dar ... atenia la detalii lipsete (praf destul de consistent pe dulapurile inalte, de exemplu)

Este a cincea oar cand ne cazm in acest hotel, din pcate, am observat o reducere a serviciilor fa de anii trecui. Dei am avut camer tripl (3 aduli) am primit consumabile ca pentru 2 (prosoape, cti de du etc). apa in piscinele exterioare nu s-a schimbat deloc in cele 8 zile cat am fost cazai (s-a schimbat 1 singur dat, in piscina interioar). Cu aspiratorul s-a dat doar pentru c unul dintre noi era in camer.

Exagerat pretul pentru halatele de baie 30ron/zi/persoana. Lipsa halatelor de baie pt mine a fost o surpriza neplacuta. Parcarea de langa curtea interioara a hotelului, singurul loc de parcare unde erau locuri libere, nu era amenajat, mult praf pentru a trece cu bagajele prin parcare, pietre, greu accesabila pt persoane cu dizabilitati sau pt cei alergici la praf.

-camera renovata, mocheta noua, baia modernizata -aer modern pe hol -sucul de visine/zmeura -doamnele Laura si Eliza -doamnele de la receptie/cameriste -sauna, doar programul putea fi marit

-prea putine investitii in piscinele exterioare -toaletele de la S2 sub orice critica, am gasit toalete mult mai curate la benzinarii -cel mai mult ne-a dezamagit partea de restaurant, putina diversitate; fata de acum cativa ani a fost scazut standardul. -din 4 aparate de cafea doar unul era profi celelalte fiind modele pentru uz casnic. Se statea la coada foarte mult pentru o ceasca de cafea. -preturi foarte mari pentru ce se ofera.

Hotelul termal ne-a oferit posibilitatea de a ne bucura de cateva zile de relaxare. Camera spaioasa, luminoasa i extrem de curata. Mancarea de buna calitate i prestaia formaiei care desfaoara programul artistic ne-a creat buna dispoziie. in piscinele cu apa termala din exterior i interior nu tii cand trece timpul. Personalul hotelului i servirea in restaurant.. jos palaria! Mergem de muli ani la acest hotel i sigur vom reveni cu mare drag. Multumim i felicitari pentru clipele petrecute la acest hotel.

toata lumea de la Hotel se straduieste sa faca pe placul turistilor.

La eliberarea camerelor se face cam mult zgomot cu curatenia, se intampla la orele 14 cand ai vrea sa te odihnesti, asta doar duminica am observat.

Programul prea scurt pentru piscine, doar pana la ora 20. in timpul saptamanii accesul la piscina interioara este doar de la ora 14. in ziua plecarii ni s-a blocat accesul la camera inainte de ora 12. In camera nu era bine aspirat, praf pe mobilier, geamurile murdare. Balustradele de la intrarea in bazine cam subrede i la unele bazine nici macar nu mai existau... prea scum pentru ce ofera!!

-camera era proaspat renovata,mocheta noua in camera si pe holul hotelului,baie modern amenajata,sistemul de incalzire/racire a fost inlocuit cu unul nou. -de incercat masajul de relaxare sau reflexogen (noi am facut atat la Minodora cat si la Laura).

-singurul lucru care m-a facut sa dau o nota mai mica a fost mancarea: la micul dejun aceleasi feluri,iar seara produse refolosite. In 2019 mancarea era mai diversificata.

Hotelul este amplasat intr-o parte frumoasa a statiunii. Curatenia si masurile de prevenire a Covid-19 Foarte bine puse la punct. Parte din personal foarte amabil si deschis cererilor noastre.

In prima zi cand am ajuns am intalnit o receptionista nu tocmai amabila, care ne-a informat de serviciile suplimentare (ex: Halatele nu erau incluse, se percepe o taxa de 10 lei/zi) ce se platesc separat, servicii ce nu sunt afisate nici la receptie si nici pe site. La micul dejun aveau multe amestecuri ciudate. La rezervarea sejurului am facut o cerere pt o camera linistita, cerere ce a fost acceptata dar nu respectata. am primit o camera pe partea cu terasa si piscina si era un zgomot groaznic toata ziua.

Desi nu e "renovat" dupa noile standarde, hotelul este foarte curat. Personalul este foarte saritor si bine pregatit, turism adevarat, nu oameni care nu au avut ce face in alte domenii si au prins si ei un job. Program pentru copii in fiecare seara, mancare destula si buna, si inca o data, curatenie! Felicitari!

Patul a scartait putin, iar ca o sugestie - anuntati toti turistii ca nu si-au inchiriat toata piscina, si atunci cand intri in piscina, o sa te uzi, nu e cazul sa spui unui copil ca e needucat pentru ca se joaca in apa. am dat de multi oameni nemultumiti ca nu e piscina lor proprie, iar copiii se joaca si stropesc...

Se pastreaza cu strictete distantarea sociala si igienizarea, deci siguranta maxima.Se face curatenie zilnic in camere si ti se schimba absolut tot ce ai nevoie.Piscinele sunt spalate si igienizate in fiecare seara.Super amabil si personalul de la proceduri. Masa tip bufet este servita de personal, politicos dornic sa te ajute cu tot ce ai nevoie. Meniul este variat imposibil sa nu fie ceva pe gustul tau. In concluzie recomand acest hotel cu cea mai mare incredere.

Baza de tratament buna, personal de la receptie, curatenie si masa foarte amabil si eficient. Instructorul de la hidrokinetoterapie foarte serios, punctual, eficient.

Unele amenajari pastreaza un aer de vechi, demodat. ar fi utila o comunicare a conditiilor ce trebuie indeplinite de clienti (nu am stiut pana am ajuns la hotel ca avem nevoie de adeverinte de salariat pentru a fi validata plata tratamentului deja achitat, ar fi fost util sa fim pusi in tema ca ne trebuie halate - la alte hoteluri din Felix aceasta facilitate este inclusa etc.). La tratamente personalul pare plictisit, isi face datoria formal, fara amabilitate (prin comparatie cu International, unde am stat anul trecut).

Personalul este minunat, amabil, vesel, intuitiv, refuza " atentiile", minunati toti de la receptie, la restaurant, la lift, paza, baza de tratament. In ce priveste restaurantul, salut salata de varza cruda, buna si suficienta, precum si prezenta legumelor crude.

Pretul pt pachetul de Craciun a fost ok. Dar, in general, pretul unei camere cu demi si acces la facilitati, 450 lei indiferent de perioada, este excesiv pentru class de mijloc. Din pacate.

gimanstica de la piscina anterioara s-a desfasurat la 11,30 intr-unul din bazinele expuse aproape total la soare, fiind un disconfort evident sa faci gimnastica sub soarele puternic de la acea ora. La gimnastica in piscina acoperita, cu antrenor, nu s-a respectat niciodata timpul prescris de medic , durata efectiva a exercitiilor fiind de 12-13 min.

Sejur excelent ,impresie foarte placuta,personal amabil , mancare foarte bine pregatita ,gustoasa si suficienta.

Piscina interioara are program de acces destul de dificil -ora 11 - 20.avand in vedere ca am dorit un sejur doar pentru relaxare nu am prea avut acces la piscina .Motivul a fost usor copilaresc-intre orele 9 si 11 aveau loc ore de recuperare si gimnastica la bazin.am mai fost si in alte hoteluri cu centre de recuperare medicala dar niciodata nu ne-am lovit de refuzul accesului la piscina interioara atat de tarziu. Un sfat daca se poate lua in considerare este de a se programa orele de recuperare mai devreme in asa fel incat ceilalti oaspeti sa poata avea acces la un serviciu pentru care au platit .In momentul rezervarii programul la piscina interioara nu ne.a fost comunicat-l.am aflat abea cand am ajuns acolo.

Calitatea serviciilor neconcordanta cu sumele cerute pentru ele. Nu e un hotel care-si respecta clientii cim ar trebui. am platit o camera in care erau inclusi si copii iar la receptie ni s-a cerut bani pentru pt suplimentar motivand ca e vina agentiei care a vandut acel tip de camera. Un hotel care,-si respecta clientii ar fi oferit el gratuit acel serviciu.

totul a fost aproape f.bine. Masa in sistem bufet suedez, f.f.f. buna + vin sau bere in fiecare seara. Masa de pranz a fost pe fisa cont, iar preturile mari... Nota 10 sefilor de restaurant, care erau mereu printre clienti, iar seara aduceau solisti de muzica usoara sau populara, cat si ansambluri folclorice.

apa la bazine se schimba zilnic dar in cate un bazin. avand 3 bazine, venea randul la schimbarea apei peste 3 zile si fiind foarte aglomerat, deoarece veneau clienti si de la hotel Nufarul, apa se murdarea f.repede.

absolut tot personalul acestui hotel este extrem de amabil si disponibil.aproape ca ti se pare ciudat,in Romania e greu sa gasesti asa ceva. am fost placut impresionati de faptul ca doamnele de la receptie vorbesc mai multe limbi straine,asa ca este usor sa te faci inteles daca esti strain. amplasare buna,langa padure,cu liniste si aer curat. Mic dejun tip bufet abundent si diversificat,,dulce si sarat,in functie de preferinte. Personalul de la tratamente atent si grijuliu,tratamente accesibile,dupa 2 saptamani de tratament antireumatic ma simt mult mai bine. apa din piscine foarte curata,se schimba zilnic.au 3 piscine exterioare si 1 interioara. Poti inchiria halat de baie cu 5 ron/zi. Hotelul e pozitionat in apropiere de centru.

Desi a fost recent renovat,saltelele au deja denivelari incomode iar paturile sunt exact cat marimea patului,asa ca daca esti in cuplu,unul dintre voi va ramane mereu dezvelit.Noi am folosit amandoua paturile disponibile,fiecare ne inveleam cu cate una. In restaurant la cina,muzica era la un volum ridicat,ca nu te puteai intelege nici cu persoana de langa tine,nici cu ospatarii.ar trebui ca muzica sa fie la un volum acceptabil,ambiental, nu sa-ti provoace dureri de cap.

am fost placut impresiont de hotelul termal,de curatenie,de mancarea preparata,de serviciul medical,de grija si preocuparea personaluli in general.acest lucru l-am mentionat si in formularul primit in dosarul oferit in camera pe care l-am predat la receptie.Impresia facuta este deosebita si nu se compara cu sejururile petrecute in Grecia,turcia sau Bulgaria.
