Hotel frumos, curat, curenie in camer o dat la 2 zile, schimbare prosoape la fel, piscine curate, dar foarte aglomerate, prea puine pentru nr de clieni care sunt lsai s vin din exterior, in sezon cand e cald i in weekend e chiar sufocant

am avut cazare cu demipensiune, iniial am fcut rezervare la hotelul aqua dar la recepie ne-a spus ca ne-au fcut upgrade la hotelul Spa, , in afar ca la Spa camerele sunt mai frumoase, dar sunt mai mici decat la aqua, iar patul suplimentar pentru care am pltit este de fapt un fotoliu extensibil foarte incomod chiar si pentru un copil, la aqua au camere mari i cu o canapea extensibile, adevrat unele fr balcon,. Dei am fost la acest hotel de 6 ori i cu demipensiune i cu pensiune complet, pe an ce trece mancarea tot mai proasta i mai puine feluri

Centru hotelier bine amplasat, cu acces facil pentru clienii noi. Camera i baia sunt spaioase i cu aspect placut. Mancarea este variat, iar la cin s-au servit i buturi alcoolice (plinc, bere, ampanie - in 14 februarie)

Lipsete un bazin de inot. Parcarea este super aglomerat, iar holurile hotelului sunt inguste i cu mocheta decolorat. Papucii de casa sunt neutilizabili.

- personalul foarte amabil - mancarea mai gustoasa decat ne asteptam - eforturile organizatorilor de a asigura activitati si pentru copii

oraganizarea din ziua de Paste. toti oaspetii din toate corpurile au fost comasate sa serveasca masa in curtea principala. La pranz nu a mai fost de gasit loc afara, iar inauntru unde erau mese libere, nu mai era mancare, niciun ospatar nemaifiind preocupat de ce este acolo, toti trebaluind pe afara. La cina situatia s-a inversat, nu mai era niciun loc in interior, puteai gasi doar masa afara, unde inca nu era suficient de cald sa stai sa servesti masa la acea ora.

Neam simtit foarte bine. am avut o saptamana foarte relaxanta la Hotel President i santem siguri ca vom reveni an viitor o saptamana pe an. Raportul de pre calitate este perfect. Se mananca foarte bine la micul dejun i seara oferta culinara fiind foarte bogata. Compartimentul Spa nea impresionat foarte pozitiv oferind piscine cu apa termala, mai multe saune la care oaspeii hotelului au acces gratuit.

Oferta limitata a bauturilor alcoolice exotice. Soiei ia lipsit un cocktail la piscina. Nu se sorteaza gunoiul. turitilor nu le este oferita posibilitatea de a sorta gunoiul. Precizam ca 95 la suta din resturile menajere ant materiale reciclabile.

am ales aqua President pentru ca nu trebuie sa iei din hotel ca sa mergi la parcul acvatic. Este minunat faptul ca apa in piscine este calda, in jur de 34 de grade, astfel ca cei mici au stat in piscina foarte mult. au un tobogan mare, interior. Mancarea buna, de toate felurile. am fost de 1 decembrie si au avut si o seara festiva, care a bine organizata, cu muzica iamcare buna. Camera mare, suficient spaiul cat sa punem si patuul de bebelu cu care am venit de acasa. am avut o camera dubla superioara care avea si canapea extensibila.

Diferita mare de temperatura intre hotel, aqua parc si lift, unde din cauza ca este exterior si de sticla este rece. Nu s-a respectat distanarea sociala i au lasat sa vina foarte multa lume din afara complexului, astfel ca nu mai gaseai ezlong, chiar daca erai cazat acolo. Cand hotelul este ocupat 100% ar trebui sa se ina cont i sa nu se permita suprapopularea bazinelor si a parcului acvatic. ar trebui facuta o parcare speciala, cu bariera, pentru cei cazai in hotel. Sistemul de ventilaie din holurile parcului acvatic nu face faa, ori lipsete cu desavarire, astfel ca era o umezeala foarte mare si au deschis geamurile facandu-se frig, si nu a fost chiar bine pentru copii. Curaenia s-a facut superficial, cu aspiratorul in camera s-a dat la 2 zile, lenjeria nu a fost schimbata deloc in 6 zile.

Micul dejun si prinzul ok cina cantina cu ce raminea de la cele doua mese anterioare. De la ora 20 se intuneca iar ei nu aveau lumina pe terasa. Cazat in perioada 17 - 20 oct. Camerele la etajul 2 si 3, restaurantul la etajul 1 iar accesul la aquaPark de la parter, practic nici nu trebuie sa iesi din cladire...din punctul meu de vedere este un lucru pozitiv cand esti cu un copil mic intr-o perioada mai racoroasa, si nu trebuie sa-l porti, sa-l imbraci, s-o dezbraci ca in multe alte complexuri balneare de acest gen. aqua Parcul destul de dotat, dar...(vezi la impresii negative). Mancare (demipensiune, cu bufet), iti gasesti ceva ce sa-ti placa, cu siguranta.

Nu se poate controla temperatura in camere, incalzire prin pardoseala (32,5 de grade am avut in prima seara), am stat toata noaptea cu geamul deschis la balcon; aerul conditionat functioneaza la un randament de 30%, clar trebuie inlocuit; curatenia in camere este ok, in schimb la bazine lasa de dorit; seara la 9 se inchide restaurantul cu bufet, si nu ai alt loc de socializare, practic trebuie sa urci in camera sau sa iesi in oras.

Intr-un cuvant SUPER . Complexul President este o locatie foarte bine pusa la punct unde nu ai cu te plictisesti, foarte multe bazine interioare si exterioare , toate cu apa termala si cu hidromasaj , topogane de apa interioare si exterioare , mancare foarte buna, noi am avut mic dejun si cina , ambele bufet suedez , camere curate si spatioase. Pretul este putin cam piperat la hotel , dar cu pachetele de pe agentie luate din timp se merita. Noi am avut un pachet complet cu tratament si pot spune ca centrul de tratament este WaW. Foarte curat , dotat cu aparatura noua si doctor permanent al hotelului, care dupa consultatie recomanda proceduri in functie de durerile fiecarui pacient. Recomand cu incredere aceasta locatie pentru cei interesati.

Negativ ar fii pretul cam piperat, cautati sa luati pachete complete de pe agentie , cu tratament masa si intrare la piscine, ca la fata locului sunt foarte scumpe. Noi am avut in pachet toate si nu am platit nimic , dar bineinteles ca mi-am aruncat ochii la pret si pot spune ca este destul de scump. Cu pachetul de pe agentie am iesit la jumatate deci e super bine.

Cazarea foarte buna, in fiecare zi erau schimbate prosoapele, halatele pentru baie si se facea zilnic curatenie. La 2 zile era schimbata lenjeria. aqua park-ul curat, piscinele erau bine intretinute, seara piscinile sunt golite si spalate. Mancarea este cam saracacioasa, nu ai prea multe oferte si depinde de gusut. Eu m-am pliat pe oferta lor, dar sotului meu nu i-a placut. In concluzie a fost foarte bine un loc care merita, personalul chiar depun efortirii pentru ati oferii un concediu placut.

Ce nu mi-a placut Cam multe! In primul rand curatenia lasa de dorit. Mocheta din camera cam uzata si murdara.Geamurile murdare, a trebuit sa rog camerista sa le stearga.Balconul murdar de excremente de pasari si foarte multe viespi care te agresau.Despre lift ce sa va spun, se bloca aproape in fiecare zi, ca de..., mai trebuie si suspans. Mancarea in general buna. Puteai sa alegi ceva, dar variantele de meniu erau aceleasi. Ospatarii ok. O domnita de la receptie, usor iritata. Strandul ar mai putea fi imbunatatit, nu prea isi merita cele4****. Se putea si mai bine pentru banii care s-au dat!!!

din punct de vedere al cazarii este Ok,camere mari,spatioase ,curatenie,cameristele foarte dragute,(desi sunt doar doua in tot hotelul)se straduiesc din rasputeri sa isi faca treaba.Halatele si prosoapele se schimba zilnic,un lucru bun,mai ales daca ai camera fara balcon(cum am avut noi)pentru ca nu ai unde usca lucrurile.

Mancarea lasa de dorit!!!!!!!!!!!!!copilul mi-a facut o toxi-infectie alimentara!!!!dimineata oua ochiuri,omleta,oua fierte,mezeluri,cremvusti ...Seara ouale care nu se consumau se curatau se se faceau oua umplute.La fel si cu carnea ,ce nu se consuma se toca si se faceau:ardei umpluti,chiftele,musaca.....toate produsele de cea mai proasta calitate!!!!!!!!!!!!Chiar nu aveam ce sa dau de mancare la copil!!!!!!!!!!!In restaurant mirosea groaznic in fiecare zi(ma gandeam ca o fi ceva stricat pe undeva...)iti pierea pofta de mancare .Personalul din restaurant foarte pasiv,delasator si aroganti,ii deranjai daca ii intrebai ceva sau ii rugai sa debaraseze.Curatenia era doar de ochii soacrei,pe mijlocul restaurantului,la geamuri toate mustele moarte nu le vedea nimeni.Restaurantul este amplasat la etajul I,are si un balcon ingust,ei spun terasa,unde intr-o saptamana cit am stat nu a maturat nimeni ce sa mai vorbim de sters pe jos.....Colac peste pupaza personalul serveste masa odata cu clientii iar care nu stau pe balcon ,fumeaza si chicotesc,vorbesc la telefon,numai treaba clientilor nu o au ei.Pe scurt nu serviti masa aici!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The apartments are divided into 3 types:
