alimentele oferite de slaba caltate bogate in carbohidrati si grasimi,sarace in proteine la micul dejun,sucul oferit apa colorata cu zahar de trei tipuri si uneori alimente reciclate.aqua parkul intr- o stare jalnica, neintretinut si igienizat corespunzator.lipsa apei calde la dusuri atat la piscina hotelului cat si la aqua Park,saunele de la aqua Park aveau un miros infect!

Curat, camera spaioas i luminoasa, masa cu meniu variat, abundent, program muzical in doua din cele 4 seri petrecute ( nu e pe gustul meu, dar majoritatea era incantata). Piscinele ingrijite, apa curata.

Presiunea la apa calda la Et 5 foarte redusa spre deloc la orele de varf Desertul la masa trebuie predefinit Lipsa fructe... Legumele doar in salata Nu am vzut Miros puternic de amoniu la toaletele din interiorul piscinei acoperite..

Personal amabil, primitor, un hotel cu piscina curata, atat in interior, cat i in exterior, mancarea bun. M-as reintoarce doar pentru apa termala i piscine.

Halatele le schimbau la 3 zile, cu toate ca se udau foarte uor, i nu se uscau foarte repede fiind rece afara. Personalul medical fura din timpul alocat tratamentului, astfel ca o procedura de 15 min. ajungea sa fie de 8-10 min. Mancarea nu se completa , ce era mai bun prindeau doar cei care erau pe faza.

Spa-ul ok, cat de cat, in ceea ce privete apa. Micul dejun ok, la fel i cina, insa lipsete diversitatea

La saune nu se folosea prosop, foarte muli oameni, nu recomand, suntem rcii cu toii. La hotelul President, camera plina de anari, lipsesc plasele de insecte, nu se gasesc la niciun hotel din complex. Curatenia lasa de dorit, pe dupa perdele i draperii numai pianjeni si insecte zburtoare.

Amabilitatea si promptitudinea cu care un domn de la receptie a rezolvat sesizarea privind functionarea minibarului si aerului conditionat

In camera repartizata nu functionau frigiderul si aC-ul. Problemele au fost rezolvate dupa ce le-am sesizat la receptie. Cred ca ar trebui reevaluata clasificarea le trei stele. La curatenie sint muncitori straini care nu au facut decit superficial sau deloc in cele cinci zile de cazare.

M-a deranjat faptul ca la micul dejun si cina ne intrebau nr camerai la inrarea in restaurant, cu toate ca aveam bratari. in plus la aquapark nu se poate achita cu cardul intrarea si nici incarcarea pe bratari a vreunei sume, nu este bazin cu apa mai rece, i e foarte aglomerat

Nu ar trebui lsai oamenii necivilizai sa fumeze pe marginea bazinului , este extrem de deranjant pentru cei nefumtori ! i mai este i ilegal! Consider ca ar trebui mai mult atenie din partea managementului pentru respectarea legii!

Personalul hotelului a fost foarte receptiv, ne-a indeplinit toate solicitarile. Ne-a impresionat foarte placut amabilitatea si flexibilitatea personalului din restaurant.

Apar furnici in baie (doar acolo am vazut). Desi personalul de serviciu aplica o solutie, zilnic mai apareau cateva. Poate se va gasi o solutie mai eficienta pe termen lung.

am petrecut 3 zile minunate ,bucurandu ne impreuna cu familia i prietenii de toate facilitaile incluse . Suntem foarte mulumii ,curaenie impecabila ,mancarea foarte gustoasa i sortimente multiple ...per total un sejur perfect !

Saunele nu ajung la cat de multa lume este ,am reuit sa intram o singura data in cele 3 zile ...,a fost destul de neplacut sa trebuiasca sa tot "pandim " o ocazie sa gasim un loc ,tot timpul era plin,destul de mici i neincapatoare..in rest, a fost ok !

Duminica seara i luni dimineaa am avut la masa bufetul remaniat de la nunta de duminica. Mancarea in general sleita, nu am avut legume la nici o masa ( doar un tip de salata ), cea mai sarata i proasta telemea care exista, personalul apatic i indiferent. in timpul meselor, un miros de cantina muncitoreasca invadeaza tot hotelul. Bazinul interior inchis pentru renovare, cel exterior mic. S-a oferit palinca, bere, vin alb i rou ( mancarea fudulie, bautura temelie, aa ca la nunile de la ara). Raport calitate /pre dezastruos.

Hotel president nu are acces la aqua park, dar anul acesta am avut datorita piscinelor in renovare a acesti hotel. Hotel de 4 stele, schimbare prosoape zilnic, curatenie, totul a fost super. Fetele de la tratament profesioniste si cu multa empatie. a fost al 2 an consecutiv.Revenim si la anul.

apa a fost mai rece ca anul trecut. Masa a fost buna,dar au lipsit fructele.Fata de anul trecut a crescut pretul cu 600 lei pe aceai perioada de 5 nopi cu tratament. Cam scump.

am foat dezamagiti de locatie. ne asteptam la conditii de 4 stele insa hotelul are un maxim 3 stele. camera a fost spatioasa, insa mirosea foarte puternic a tigari, miros ce a persistat si zilele urmatoare , fapt ce a fost deranjant , deoarece noi eram cu 2 copii mici cu noi. Mancarea din restaurant , maxim tip cantina. Dupa prima zi m-am ales cu enterocolita. Erau aceleasi feluri de mancare , fie mediocra, fie exagerat de dulce , slaba calitativ. Partea de bazine a fost si mai dezamagitoare. Neingrijite, cu placi de gresie cazute, mizerie pe jos printre sezlonguri, se permitea accesul in bazine persoanelor imbracate cu haine de zi. Nu a fost deloc o experienta placut. Cu siguranta nu vom mai reveni.

-cafeaua( care este cartea de vizita a unui restaurant) , a fost oribila , de cea mai proasta calitate -apa in toate bazinele nu mai mult de 30 de grade , cu toate ca era afisat 34-36 grade . Macar un bazin cu apa mai calda daca era , trebuia sa mergi la sauna sau la dus ca sa te incalzesti dupa ce stateai in bazin si te lua frigul. -la receptie cand am ajuns, un domn tinerel se comporta asemeni doamnei invatatoare cu elevii pe cate ii aseaza doi cate doi.

Very nice room, the water in the pools is great, maybe it would be nice also a pool with cold water but the aqua park offers all you need for decent price.

Cazare rapida si profesionista, bucatar de nota 10. Bazine cu jacuzi, efecte multiple inclusiv de rau care curge, umbrite toate acestea de tunelul de acces camera bazine care era neincalzit.

Una si singura chelnerita, care efectiv latra si se stropsea la turisti, la servitul mesei in retaurant. Oricum principala vina pt nota mica la curatenie si personal este si datorita unui slab sau inexistent management, gen verificare ehipa curatenie de la bazine, deci loc comun unde nu ma apuc eu ca turist sa strang resturi lasate si necuratate timp de 2 zile!In camera mea am lasat mizerile la cosul de gunoi.trebuie condus bine in aceasta directie altfel o s-o patiti ca titanicul.

In schimb nota 10 o acordam pentru curatenia impecabila! In camera se facea curat in fiecare dimineata, schimbau lenjeria, prosoapele si halatele! tot hotelul chiar stralucea de curatenie! *Nota 10 pentru confort! Camera spatioasa, mobilierul arata foarte bine, iar patul a fost atat de confortabil!!!! *apa din bazine (care ziua avea in jur de 30 de grade) se schimba in fiecare seara. Sezlongurile si piscinile se curatau seara de seara. Ne-a placut mult acest aspect. *Personalul a fost foarte dragut cu noi. (o singura exceptie- una din doamnele de la receptia hotelului Spa era atat de prost dispusa in fiecare zi, incat efectiv evitam si sa avem contact vizual cu ea, numai cat ne indreptam spre ea deja isi schimba fata si era vizibil deranjata de prezenta noastra). *Ca o recomandare pentru turisti, merita sa faceti si niste sedinte de masaj (contracost). Eu am mers in fiecare zi la Denisa! are maini de aur! Daca ar fi dupa noi, acest hotel merita 4 stele doar din aceste aspecte (curatenie si confort), in rest e ca oricare hotel de 3 stele. Nimic in plus!

am fost cazati la Hotelul President SPa, un sejur de 5 nopti (cuplu) in august 2020. Voi incepe cu lucrurile mai putin bune si la final voi preciza capitolele la care merita un plus acest hotel. *Mancarea nu este de 4 stele! Se servea aceeasi mancare in fiecare dimineata si aproape aceeasi in fiecare seara!a fost cumplit acest aspect!Si acum imi amintesc meniul de dimineata! Din acest punct de vedere se merita un sejur de doar 3 nopti, nu mai mult. Nici acasa la noi nu mancam in fiecare zi timp de o saptamana acelasi mic dejun! Noi am avut inclus in bilet micul dejun si cina (demipensiune). Pranzul trebuia sa-l platim. Pentru cine dorea sa ia masa in interiorul hotelului costa 50 lei de persoana(indiferent ca era copil de 2 ani sau 14 ori adult). Mentionez ca si pranzul era sub aceeasi forma de bufet suedez. Personalul servea. Clientii nu ating mancarea. E exact ca la impinge tava (ca la cantina). La pranz erau doar cateva feluri, de exemplu 2 sau 3 tipuri de ciorba, 3 feluri de friptura, garnitura si salata. Desertul nu merita nici sa-l pomenim, deloc nu a fost bun, aveau doar cate un singur fel de prajitura si pepene. In prima zi am mancat la ei, dupa ce am vazut ca tot se repeta mancarea, mergeam in statiune si mancam la pranz cu bani mult mai putini si mancare mult mai buna! *In zona de servit masa li se permitea turistilor sa manance in costum de baie, slip etc. In ciuda faptului ca era afisat ca trebuie purtata o tinuta decenta, nimeni nu-ti atragea atentia daca incalcai aceasta regula. Pentru un asemenea hotel mi s-a parut de prost gust. Chiar nu am tolerat si speram sa nu mai avem asa experienta. Nu e deloc normal in timp ce mananc sa vad parul de pe spate a altuia, sau sanii `doamnei` pana la buric, sau burta cat masa a celui de langa mine. Sa nu mai pomenesc de faptul ca la unii se vedea si jumatate de posterior plin de par. Horror! Stimate personal ia aminte ce va sugeram si speram ca daca vom reveni vreodata sa nu mai vedem asa ceva! *Fara muzica! atmosfera la piscina a fost super plictisitoare!De duminica pana joi nu a fost deloc muzica in zona sezlongurilor!Ba dimpotriva se auzea in fiecare zi slujba de la biserica de langa! am venit la acest hotel sa ma simt si bine,sa ma destind, nu sa ascult slujbele si sa vorbesc in soapta! Nici vorba de animatori, sau sa organizeze zumba in apa, aquagym, ceva sporturi in apa. absolut niciun serviciu de acest gen! *La bar (in special cel din piscina)se facea stocul abia in jurul ore 9.30-10.00. Pana atunci muream de sete. Nu aveam de unde lua cafea sau apa dimineata la 8 jumatate (cand ieseam noi la plaja).Ni se spunea sa revenim mai tarziu. *Seara era si mai plictisitor!Efectiv nu aveai ce face! Dupa cina noi mai mergeam cu masina in Baile Felix sau in Oradea pentru ca in cadrul hotelului batea vantul. De joi seara a fost o formatie si au cantat pana la ora 23.00 asa cum prevede legea cu acest covid. am stat la terasa, am ascultat muzica si am baut un pahar de vin. asta a fost tot. trist!

Mic dejun si cina servita la terasa cu produse de proasta calitate. Produsele expuse fara sa fie acoperite. Cafeaua de slaba calitate,apa plata Zizin servita la pahar. Pranzul servit la hotelul President ,peste drum de President Spa. Pentru all inclus sa se mai informeze patronii acestui complex . Piscina foarte aglomerata si nesupravegheata de o persoana calificata Nu se merita sa plateti atatia bani sa mergi si sa mananci produsele acestor mecheri.

acces nelimitat la piscine, chiar si noaptea, camere spatioase si curate cu pat mare si confortabil. Personalul este amabil, mai ales cel de la SPa. Copii s-au simtit minunat. Spre deosebire de anul trecut, mai putin aglomerat, deci mai bine. Destinatie perfecta pentru familiile cu copii.

Mancarea lasa de dorit, avand in vedere categoria hotelului, atat in ceea ce priveste meniul, cat si calitatea, in sensul ca au destule produse semipreparate, prajiturile sunt mereu de cea mai proasta calitate, noroc cu fructele. Orarul de functionare a topoganelor total neinspirat 12-17, cand se presupune ca ei, copii, caci pentru ei cred ca sunt, in special, aceste topogane, ar trebui sa nu stea la soare ci sa se odihneasca.Persoana de la receptia acestui hotel nu are ce cauta acolo.

tratamentul la fizioterapie, masajul(tibi), era facut in conditii de igena si profesionalism, camera de la President Spa 4*,mare curata, curaenie zilnic.

am avut un sejur de 6 nopti ,doua zile am servit masa in restaurantul hotelului,4 zile in Sala de evenimente de peste drum,cel mai suparator aspect a fost faptul ca ospatarii efectiv iti luau farfuria de sub nas ,mancarea era in general prost gatita sau de proasta calitate, prajiturile erau taiate in bucai foarte mici, puse individual pe farfuriute, iar intr-o seara am primit cate o briosa mica foarte tare, a fost chemat eful de sala care sa adus feliute de prajituri imediat.Pentru un hotel de 4* acest aspect al mesei in general este foarte negativ. Un alt aspect negativ, la aquapark saunele nu funcionau, doar cea turceasca, apa din bazine era rece pentru baie. am semnalat acest aspect i au dat drumul la apa calda.

Nu m-am ateptat sa gasesc condiii atat de bune de cazare.Eu am cunoscut Felixul acum 45 de ani, atunci singurul hotel ( parca aa imi aduc aminte) era al sindicatelor i singurl trand era apollo. S-a construit hotelul Internaional i trandul aferent in care am petrecut un sejur impreuna cu sotul i fetia noastra. Nu am am mai ajuns la Felix de aprox. 18 ani. am ales Presinet SPa, dupa ce am citit foarte multe impresii i comentarii i cele mai utile mi-au fost de pe site-ul am fost acolo. Staiunea Felix mi-a lasat un gust amar, hotelurile comuniste arata groaznic, s-a construit mult i aiurea, parcul arata ca un bazar i nu e curaenie. Mi s-a parut foarte interesant sistemul cu braara electonica cu care aveam acces la bazinele exterioare i bazinul interior a hotelului, bazine dotate cu ezlonguri gratuite pt.cei din hotel, pt.ca aveau acces i persoane din exterior la aqua parkul hotelului Prezident SPa care era legat de cel al hotelului aqua President. Comentariile mele pot parea parea prea lungi dar mie mi-au fost utile parerile altora despre anumite locaii, in acest fel mi-am putut alege anumite hoteluri care corespund nevoilor noastre.

am trecut imresiile negative la povestea mea despre mica vacana la felix.

Mancare gustoasa, zona de SPa curata si linistita.

Sejur de 7 zile, 2 persoane, cu demipensiune, pret 3167 lei. 1. La sosirea la President SPa (hotel de 4 stele), doamna de la receptie si-a exprimat indoiala ca am avea bilete acolo, pentru ca hotelul este plin. Oricum, ea nu se ocupa cu cazarile, asa ca am fost, totusi, indrumati la receptia propriu-zisa a hotelului President. Camera rezervata nu era, dupa ce am refuzat sa ne cazam la Hotel President (nu stiu ce s-ar fi intamplat cu diferenta de pret daca acceptam), ni s-a oferit o noapte de cazare acolo, urmand ca a doua zi sa ne mutam, totusi, la President Spa, si sa primim, in compensatie, si pranzul pe durata sederii. am acceptat, oricum nu aveam altceva de facut, dar prima si a doua zi au fost, astfel, compromise. 2. Camerele (de 4 stele) in care am fost cazati au lasat mult de dorit, din toate punctele de vedere: curatenie superficiala, un miros persistent in baie, (paharele erau puse in niste pungi mototolite, spalate pesemne, doar ca nu s-au dus urmele de ruj de pe ele), nu s-a spalat nici macar o data baia, toaleta etc., lenjeria s-a schimbat o singura data in 7 zile si ar mai fi multe observatii legate de mobilierul la care usile nu stau inchise sau nu se inchid deloc si inca altele. 3. Desi accesul in aqua Park este gratuit pentru clientii hotelului, nu am petrecut niciun minut acolo, e mizerie si inghesuiala. Dar, in piscina hotelului, au acces gratuit si dupa bunul plac, clientii care platesc pentru aqua Park, asa ca bratara de acces nu-ti prea foloseste la nimic. E inghesuiala, galagie, se bea bere la greu in bazin, ba chiar se si mananca, tot in bazin, sticlele si paharele de cafea raman, de multe ori, pe marginea bazinului. Si toate astea la 4 stele! Cat despre sezlonguri, nici nu poate fi vorba, se ocupa aproape toate de catre clientii externi. Pana la urma, cel mai bun loc de baie, totusi, este piscina exterioara din fata hotelului President. 4. Desi mancarea a fost gustoasa, in fiecare zi aveam de ales din cam aceleasi feluri de mancare, ba mai mult, avand ocazia sa mancam la ambele restaurante (President si President Spa), am observat ca la restaurantul de le President erau mult mai multe feluri de mancare si mult mai variat meniul. 5. Parcarea privata a hotelului este o parcare publica, de fapt, in care parcheaza cine poate, dupa principiul primului venit. Nu conteaza ca esti/nu esti client al hotelului. Din pacate, nu cred ca o sa ne mai intoarcem acolo curand, pretul a fost exorbitant, raportat la serviciile pe care le-am primit.

am petrecut un sejur pascal la hotelul President SPa, este un hotel primitor, dar un weekend, nu mai mult pentru ca apoi se vad defectele. Hotelul este frumos, nou, curat (superficial), cam toate lucrurile pozitive au i o parte negativa.

Curat-dar superficial Piscina interioara frumoasa-dar au permis accesul turutilor din afara hotelului, ceea ce nu mi s-a parut deloc ok pentru ca era menionat-" accesul permis oaspeilor hotelului SPa". Miros ciudat pe culoarele spre aqua Park. Dimineaa era curaenie peste tot, apa schimbata, dar apoi pana seara baltea apa i se facea mizerie la intrarea in piscine, nu vedeai pe nimeni sa intreina curaenia. apa era curata- dar RECE (cum au mentionat i ali cazai este parial termala) Servicii de SPa la preuri accesibile, de calitate (recomand masaj la Betty) Personal amabil, dar se vedea ca saracii erau depaii, in numar mic. Doamna de la "recepia hotelului Spa" era acra, preocupata sa manance, sa vorbeasca la telefon sau sa se penseze. Personalul de la recepia principala President a fost dragu, amabil, dar hotelul vechi s-a degradat vizibil. Mancarea buna, dar repetitiva. Restaurantul urat amenajat, un curent de aer permanent, contrar celor de la piscina aici se mentinea curaenia, dar degeaba, ca design arata a cantina. Mare minus-nicio activitate pentru copii, plin de copii mici, pacat ca s-au zgarcit sa faca o activitate pentru copilai, apropo, niciun decor specific sarbatorii, biserica in lucru i ansamblu folcloric, unde era inghesuiala. Nu recomand cazarea in perioade aglomerate, poate extra sejur e mai bine.

Hotelul este un labirint de coridoare, treceri si pasarele. Zona de bazine foarte aglomerata in weekend. Caldura infernala in camere (30 grade). Dei am achiziionat pachet cu mic dejun si fia cont de 200 Ron pe camera/zi , ne-am trezit la hotel ca suntem inregistrai cu demipensiune. abia dupa insistene la receptie am fost trecui la pensiune completa (la bufet) si tot am avut la plecare de achitat niste bauturi achiziionate la piscina. Nu mi se pare normal, avand in vedere faptul ca am platit 1480 Ron ptr 3 nopti.

Desert chec cumparat...oribil tot tot tot,pot sa spun ca mi au stricat concediu. In schimb cei cazai la hotel President ,serveau masa in restaurantul principal PRESIDENt,un restaurant curat modern cu scaune de catifea,personal ft ft bine pregatit,nota 10 ptr eful de sala Bogdan tia sa gestioneze orice situaie,mancarea ft buna si muncita,avea gust,avea decor,o mancai din priviri. Din pacate,noi in ultima seara am facut cerere sa ne mutam cu masa din restaurant aqua in restaurant PRESIDENt.

Camera arata la nivelul unui ho Camera este bine utilata si ingrijita.Personalul de la receptie si de la centrul spa amabil,confortul din hotel este de 4 stele.Cararea prin padure era mirifica.

Bufetul suedez este mult sub ceea ce se pretinde a fi desi mancarea era gustoasa,cafeaua de foarte proasta calitate,functiona un singur expresor(care arata mult sub unul second-hand) si se facea coada dimineata.Wifi-ul hotelului extrem de slab,aproape neutilizabil. La intrebarea "ce se poate face"ni s-a raspuns ca sunt foarte multi utilizatori si nu se poate face nimic.

Cazare in camera Superior cu mobila foarte veche si urit mirositoare, Minibar cu frigider defekt, becuri lipsa sau arse, saltele moi de calitate inferioara. Facilitati din dotarea hotelului ce nu sint la fata locului existente( Masa de tenis, Billard, etc) conditii de mizerie fara posibilitate de imbunatatire( Piscina veche, neingrijita, mucegai in sistemul de iluminare, pe faianta, pe geamuri. Instalatia de aer conditionat in Piscina defekta, umiditate pe tot tavanul si pereti cu miros foarte puternic de mucegai si clor. apa de la baie este la fel de supradozata cu clor, miros extrem de clor in dus si baie. Interiorul dulapului de haine imbata nasul si hainele cu un miros de mucegai si vechituri. Perdelele sint gri si urit mirositoare. In sala de mese toate uneltele si vesela sint vechi, prost spalate, urme de mugegai negru in difuzorul de sucuri. Mincarea reincalzita de la o zi la alta. Legume de proasta calitate(rosii amare si flescaite, ceapa uscata de doua trei zile, piine cu suprafata uscata, etc) sosuri usor perisabile (usturoi, smantana, etc) in a doua si chiar a treia zi tot aceleasi, cafea de cea mai ieftina calitate, sucuri in dozator cu o concentratie enorma de zahar, nici vorba de sucuri proaspete, apa potabila servita din sticle de cinci sau doi litri ca la Spital sau armata. Calitatea preparatelor din bufetul suedez mult Sub cota unui Restaurant de patru stele. Cel mult nivelut"La impinge tava" de pe litoral in Iulie august. Complexul aqua Park e o gluma proasta si fara nici un pic de facilitati.
