Canapeaua extensibila este doar pentru poza, nu puteai sa dormi pe ea. Meniul restaurantului mai trebuie diversificat.Din punctul meu de vedere nu trebuia sa platim taxa la piscina daca eram cazati in hotel.

Placut surprinsa! Cazarea la hotel Palas din Mamaia a fost peste ateptari. am fost cazai intr-un apartament cu un pat matrimonial foarte generos i o canapea extensibila. Camerele foarte primitoare i spaioase. Noi am optat doar pentru cazare, fara mic dejun inclus. Pentru micul dejun am achitat 45 de lei/persoana in dimineaa in care am dorit sa servim masa, micul dejun fiind bufet suedez suficient de consistent. Pentru copil sub 10 ani nu am platit pentru masa. La restaurantul hotelului se poate consuma i à la carte, preurile fiind rezonabile pentru litoralul romanesc. in fiecare zi aveau disponibile doua ciorbe foarte gustoase. am apreciat foarte mult i serviciile de curaenie. Un hotel pe care il recomandam, raportul calitate/pre fiind unul corect.

Costurile de la piscina sunt cam mari. ar putea sa aplice o reducere pentru cei care sunt cazai in hotel.

Hotelul este nou si curat, arata foarte bine, apartamentul este foarte frumos.

am platit sofa-bed pentru ca aveam nevoie de al doilea pat- este imposibil sa dormi pe acea canapea, de fapt nu are saltea, este un burete foarte subtire care acopera suportul metalic. Nu am putut sa imi chinui fetita pe acel pat, asa ca mi-am distrus somnul meu pe toata durata sederii. Cind faci rezervarea, se spune ca ai piscina, sezlonguri incluse in pret- cind iti vine confirmarea finala nu mai e inclus in pret- trebuie sa platesti totul exta- parcare/ piscina/ sezlong la plaja. Micul dejun este foarte sumar- doar cafea expresso inclusa in pret- daca vrei alt tip de cafea sau o ciocolata calda pentru copii, platesti in plus. Chiar si asa, cafeaua platita sau ciocolata calda sunt foarte mici. telemeaua avea gust si consistenta de radiera, omleta foarte uscata si cred ca plina de faina. Pacat ca nu se pot ridica la nivel de 4 stele cu micul dejun.

ar putea inlocui florile de plastic de pe holuri cu unele naturale!.. imi pare rau ca peisajul s a schimbat cu totul, iar marea a fost mai mereu plina de alge i meduze.. am stat doua saptamani, iar acest aspect nu s a schimbat, nu mi au placut deloc plajele, a fost mai mult un concediu cu mult disconfort din acest motiv!

totul a fost foarte bine. Curatenie exemplara, masuri impotriva Covid 19 care ne-au facut sa ne simtim in siguranta, mancare foarte buna, echipa de tineri care ne-a servit masa, exceptionala (tineri foarte seriosi, cu bun simt).

Consider ca sezlongurile de pe plaja trebuiau sa fie inclus in pret. Pretul pentru un sezlong si umbrela destul de mare. In prima noapte nu am gasit loc de parcare si a trebuit sa platesc suplimentar. Nu este normal. Parcarea trebuie sa fie asigurata indiferent de numarul locurilor de parcare de la hotel.

Palas, un hotel la care mergem de 3 ani. Defiecare data sunte profund impresionai de catre fetele din recepie. toate. Bun sim, elegana, inteligente, amabile, aproape de turiiti, foarte bine pregatite si informate. La fel si personalul de deservire , serviciu si intreinere. Camerele destul de mari. Standard. Cu tv nou, paturi foarte ok., lenjerie de calitate care a fost schimbata a timp, prosoape super zilnic, geam termopan, balcon spatios, fiecare pat cu dubla saltea, veioze separate si priza la pat, oglinzi mari, dulap mare, seif in camera. Holurile hotelului au mocheta noua, de calitate, holurile mari interioare de pe etaje dotate cu canapele si masue intr.un ansamblu de bun sim. aer conditionat in camere si receptie.

tiu ca nu este vina hotelului, dar ar trebuii facut mai mult, vis a vis de disconfortul fonic, creat de terasa MCM aflata in apropiere. am inteles ca problema dureaza de ani buni. Nu se respecta orarul de functionare si limita de sunet admisa. Domnule Primar, domnule Director al Politiei Locale , poate ne auziti. Nu am avut experiente negative dar nu am avut alt spatiu pt ceea ce vreau sa transmit in continuare, celor care merg pt prima data sau nu, la un hotel de 4 * , cu sperana ca poate 10 % dintre cei care au astfel de obiceiuri , vor invaa ceva: 1. NU mai mancati pachetul cu slanina , roii, ceapa, castravei si alte " delicatese " , pe holurile interioare ale hotelului. acolo se servete o cafelua ....maxim. Nu suntei nici in padure , nici la sapa sau fan. 2. NU mai intrai in hotel cu picioarele pline de nisip sau cu apa scurgandu-se din slip . Marea nu e garla si nici hotelul ura. 3. NU mai lasai copiii sa alerge dupa ora 22, pe holuri pt ca apoi sa dai vina tot pe ei. in hotel, in concediu , oamenii se odihnesc. Hotelul NU e curte iar ceilali turiti , NU sunt vecinii dv. 4. NU mai taiai lubenia , slanina etc. , pe polia de lemn din camere. aceasta are alta uzana, alt rol. Poi pune acolo pe ea diverse lucruoare de care ai nevoie. Poi servii o cafea, un suc, etc. 5. Daca ati ales sa venii la 4 * , inseamna ca va permitei un vopsit de par la un salon. Nu costa o avere. in cazul in care nu rezistai " tentaiei" i va vopsii in camera de hotel, NU va tergeide vopsea si uscai cu prosoapele din baie. NU sunt ale voastre. NU inseamna ca daca nimeni nu va zice nimic, nu ati fost vazuti de catre personalul hotelului.sau ceilali turiti. " Stimati " concetateni, stim ca nu e usor ce va cerem . incercati sa vedeti ce fac si cum se comporta ceilalti turiti. Cei civilizati. Este calea cea mai scurta spre iesirea din propriul comfort si propriile metehne pe care cu totii le avem. Haidei sa facem lucrurile asa cum trebuie, pt ca copiii si nepotii , care ne insoesc, sa aiba un exemplu pozitiv. Daca nu avem copii, sa o facem pt sufletul nostru. Va multumesc , nu neaparat pt efortul sublim de a citi aceste randuri, dar mai.ales pt acela de a pu.e in practica ce ati citit, acolo unde este cazul. CONCEDIU PLaCUt !

am petrecut 7 zile in apartament.ent, etaj 3, experienta minunata, curaenie, discreie, liniste. Problema rezolvate promit si cu deschidere mare. Personalul, exemplar! Dar am continuat sejurul inca 6 zile in camera de 3 paturi la Parter i am fost tare dezamagii! am fi trecut mai usor peste confortul diminuat al camerei, peste aerul conditionat prea zgomotos, daca curaenia, discreie si linistea ar fi fost la fel. Dar din pacate nu a fost asa! Pentru asta, impresia generala este una rezervata!

Lipsa curaeniei in camera. in 6 zile nu a fost facuta decat parial! Excepie schimbat prosoapelor! Lipsa produselor de igiena la baie. Macheta curaata imperfect. Baia neigienizata. Notele de mai jos sunt pentru camer de la Parter.

Locurile de parcare si asa foarte putine sunt blocate cu stalpi metalici si distribuite celor dispui sa ofere ,, atentii". Personalul de la recepie (cam intepat si arogant pe alocuri) te direcioneaza catre parcarile cu plata ( pustii ce e drept) pentru numai 50 de lei pe zi... Dar ce e strigator la cer e taxa de acces la piscina... asa da hotel de patru stele.

Hotel amplasat aproape de plaja. Parcarea hotelului pazita in permanenta.Curatenia in camera. Mancarea buna la restaurant,insa preturile cam piperate.

Desi complexul are piscina in share cu H Pelican; accesul este contra cost. Dezamagitor ca micul dejun nu e inclus in pret iar in oferta exista "o seara greceasca cu spectacol" de care hotelul nu are habar!
