There is a building with ground floor and 3 floors, 2 rooms per level, one with 4 seats (12 sqm) and another with 5 seats (16 sqm). On each level there is an 11 sq m terrace, with 2 tables, one for each room. The ground floor terrace has 9 sqm.

Another construction, following the first one, on one level, has rooms with 5 places and 4 places (with separate entrance from the yard), double rooms (with 2 places), single room (very small, with a wide bed of 195 / 140cm and 80cm / 200cm bath). One of the rooms with 4 places (room 12), has an interior courtyard of 4 sqm. For another 2 rooms (11 and 14), there is a 10 sq m terrace, located next to the kitchen.
