Complex in Constanța is located on Mamaia Boulevard, in the Delfinariu area, just 2–3 minutes from the entrance to Mamaia Resort. The Bulevard Hotel enjoys a privileged position — close to Mamaia, yet only 10 minutes by car from Constanța’s shopping area and 15 minutes from the historic city center. Right across the street lies Tabacarie Park and Lake, an ideal spot for a walk.
Renovated in 2024–2025, the Bulevard Complex features an international restaurant, terrace, and piano bar — all elegantly and tastefully decorated. It caters both to guests visiting for leisure or sightseeing, and to those traveling on business.
Rooms are decorated in a classic style and equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, magnetic card access, TV, minibar, telephone, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, toiletries, and slippers.
The conference center includes two halls, fully equipped with state-of-the-art facilities for successful corporate events. The Caragiale Hall has a capacity of 150 seats, while the Panoramic Hall seats 100 people and is located on the 3rd floor.Private parking is available free of charge, subject to availability.The Bulevard Hotel is open all year round.
Fun fact: Many years ago, on the site where the hotel now stands, there was a manor owned by engineer Zossima — a close friend of playwright I.L. Caragiale, who was a frequent guest. Here, Caragiale often met with many famous figures of his time, such as Nicolae Grigorescu, Alexandru Vlahuță, and Barbu Ștefănescu Delavrancea.
