Serviciile oferite nu sunt de 4 stele, cum este cotat hotelul. Curatenia lasa de dorit. In csmera era umidirate foarte mare si miros de mucegai impregnat inclusiv in saltea. In baie era era miros urat de canalizare, apa din vasul de toaleta se scurgea pe gresie. Dusul se fixeaza intr-un suport fixat in perete la o inaltime foarte mare (cred ca pesre 1,9 m), suport care nu este flexibil, astfel ca o persoana cu inaltime medie nu are nicio sansa sa faca dus asa.

Curaenie in camera, gradina bine ingrijita, o oaza de relaxare, piscina curata, personal amabil

Personalul mi s-a parut cam stresat, probabil era un ef pe acolo care ii critica exagerat. Pe plaja nu erau suficiente ezlonguri, problema o rezolvau la mica inelegere baieii care aveau plaja in administrare. Iar stuful care asigura funcia de umbrela la ezlonguri nu a mai fost schimbat de foarte multa vreme. Cred ca o mica investiie in umbrele adevarate nu ar strica. Se poate copia modelul de la plajele vecine.

Prosoape rupte, baie extrem de mica, apa curgea din cada la fiecare dus, la ora 09.00, la micul dejun nu mai gaseai decat resturi si erau aceleasi produse in fiecare zi, nu s-a facut deloc curatenie in 4 zile, s-a luat doar gunoiul, balcon murdar

Curtea frumoasa, cu multa vegetaie

Camera cu miros puternic de mucegai, canalizare (atat la vaie, cat i in exterior). Un aer foarte greu respirabil, facand aproape imposibila odihna in timpul nopii (de fapt, singurul moment cand foloseam camera). Micul dejun modest, cu preparate gatite reci (oua ochiuri, omleta, etc)., cu legume porionate in cantitai i insuficiente.

am stat intr-o camera dubla de 4 stele, este curata, mobilier nou compus dintr-un pat matrimonial, 3 masute, un fotoliu, o canapea gen fotoliu extensibil, tV nou cu Netflix, frigider, seif cu cheie, balconul are o masa si 2 scaune, un dulap la intrare, baia este dotata cu uscator de par, hartie igienica, prosoape, papuci de unica folosinta, sampon, balsam. In camera se intra cu cheie, nu cu cartela.are aer conditionat(nu este nou), nu l-am utilizat Micul dejun este bufet suedez(branza, sunca, cascaval, oua fierte, prajite si omleta,branza topita, iaurturi, carnati, crenvursti, paine feliata, painici, ceai, cafea, lapte, cereale, pateuri cu diferite umpluturi, miere, unt, sucuri Santal). Mancarea de la restaurant este buna, dar cam scumpa.Resortul este ingrijit cu multa verdeata, mai trebuie sa puna si bancute pt a te bucura de aceasta verdeata. are 2 piscine, una pt copii si una pt adulti, cea pt adulti destul de adanca(3.2m), apa este calda in piscine. au parcare propri cu plata(15 RON/zi). Plaja este cam la 5 minute de mers. am facut plaja la Perla Venusului(plaja curata si cu intrare lina in mare), 2 sezlonguri si umbrela 50RON/zi.

Nu am beneficiat de plaja proprie a hotelului, au reziliat din cauza plangerilor, la plecare am inteles ca au facut un nou contract pt plaja proprie in dreptul hotelului turquoise.Pe toata durata sejurului(6 zile) am platit pt umbrela si sezlonguri. Frigiderul face zgomot destul de mare.

totul a fost minunat. Curaenie,gradina foarte bina intreinuta, piscina foarte curata i incalzita, personalul amabil.

am stat la o vila. Camera suficient de mare, balconul potrivit ca dimensiune, in schimb baia cam mica, o persoana mai solida nu putea intra in baie ( distanta prea mica intre ua i chiuveta).am avut bilet numai cu mic dejun i pranzul il luam la restaurantul hotelului. Supele bune in schimb ciorbele cam fara gust, felul principal divers i bine pregatit.

Gradina si locul de joaca sunt foarte frumoase. Mancarea este buna la restaurantul hotelului.

Camerele sunt mici, iar patul suplimentar din garsoniera este de fapt o canapea extensibila care nu se asambleaza bine ramanad spatii intre partile componente, Baia este foarte mica si majoritatea camerelor nu au balcon astfel incat nu poti usca nimic. Piscina pentru adulti are o adancime de la 1.80-3.20 m iar cea pentru copii este foarte mica si are 1 m adancime, ceea ce o face destul de periculoasa pentru copiii mici. In camere curetenia lasa de dorit.

Daca esti cazat intr-una din camerele de langa bar, nu te poti odihni in niciun caz la orele pranzului. Un baiat canta de la ora 12.00 la 16.00 la un pian electric. In plus, in camerele mentionate,mobilierul e vechi si totul miroase a mucegai. Sunt si camere cu mobilier nou, unde te poti odihni in liniste.

am fost la acest hotel in perioada 9-15.07.2017. am fost placut impresionati de atmosfera de acolo. Camere curate, cu tot ceea ce-ti trebuie (dus, uscator de par, uscator haine, tv, internet, aer conditionat, paturi confortabile, fotolii, scaune, birou, frigider), piscina destul de mare, incalzita, piscina mica pt copii, sezlonguri, umbrele, loc de joaca pt copii cu saltele g onflabile, leagane, masue, scaunele, mese biliard, ping-pong, fotbal de masa, cu guvernanta care are grija de copii (cei mari pot fi lasai in grija dumneaei). Restaurantul are mancare buna, servirea e prompta, iar personalul f amabil. La pranz, un pianist iti mangaie auzul cu cele mai frumoase melodii, iar seara trupa Mi-re-la Duo te face sa te simti bine ( poti canta si dansa). Micul-dejun este in stil bufet si poti gasi pe langa mezeluri, lactate, produse de patiserie si legume si fructe. Ceai, lapte, cafea. am petrecut niste zile minunate si vom reveni. Multumim!
