am venit cu inima stransa in urma recenziilor citite despre hotel. imi pare rau, sunt doar rautai gratuite sau impresiile unor figurani/figurante. Ospitalitate de la recepie, la restaurant (mediu placut), etc Curaenie in camera, in gradina i in piscina. Exista wi-fi. apa calda/fierbinte curge in max doua minute. Nu tiu daca la un hotel de ** sunt dotari cu aer condiionat, frigider i tv, funcionabile.

Din pacate cam departe de plaja, ma refer strict la persoana mea.

Hotel cu o configuratie interesanta, gradina micuta interioara, ingrijita, liniste si un personal amabil atunci cand este apelat.

Prosoapele se schimba doar daca ceri, asa incat, dupa 5 zile, am intrebat camerista si ne-a raspuns ca le schimba dupa 3-4 zile (desi trecusera deja 5 din cele 11 cat dura sejurul). Cat despre micul dejun luat la restaurantul Orion de 2 stele, nu se face pe sistem bufet suedez, ci se serveste la masa rezervata si, desi produsele sunt proaspete, meniul este acelasi(salam, branza, cascaval, oua,unt, dulceata sau miere, o bucatica de rosie, ardei gras sau castravete), o cescuta mica de cafea sau ceai, nu exista o varianta convenabila de meniu pentru vegetarieni sau pentru copii (lapte, iaurt, cereale, biscuiti). Pentru 10 dimineti sa mananci aceleasi produse este cam neplacut, oricum le-ai roti intre. Nu inteleg de ce atata comoditate pentru responsabilii localului ca nu se folosesc de bancul/linia de autoservire din local, care pare doar o piesa de muzeu. Probabil ca li se pare o cheltuiala prea mare daca oamenii se servesc singuri cu doar ceea ce vor sa manance, la libera alegere, nu cu portia hotarata zilnic de mezeluri pe care nu toti o pot tolera.

Hotel confortabil, servicii de calitate. Curatenie zilnica, lenjeria schimbata la doua zile. Mancarea buna pentru un restaurant de doua stele. aerul conditionat gratuit in camera. Desi pachetul continea doar pranzul, s-a acordat un card pentru masa care putea fi folosit si la cina.

Mici deficiente in camera: un bec lipsa la baie, suportul de la dus se tinea doar intr-un surub, o priza iesita din perete.

Per ansamblu a fost totul ok, camera sufient de spaioasa i curata, se facea curaenie in fiecare z, prosoape i lenjeria se schimba la cateva zile, Paturile i pernele confortabile, personalul amabil. Piscina mare a fost curata, ezlonguri suficiente. Hotelul are potenial, se vede ca s-a investit in el, dar totui ar mai fi nevoie de investiii. am sperat ca televizoarele nu sunt cele din pozele de prezentare i ca s-au schimbat intre timp, dar nu...erau aceleai :))) pana la urma nu e un minus aa mare, oricum in concediu nu petreci mult timp in camera. Gradina frumoasa, ar fi utile nite bancue sa poi citi sau petrece puin timp in linite.

Hotelul are o gradina splendida, care ii da valoare. Conducerea hotelului are multa experienta si profesionalism; personalul foarte atent si saritor; curatenie desavarsita. atmosfera generala extrem de placuta datorita, in special, conducerii si personalului.

Hotelul se va inchide la sfarsitul lui august si cred ca asta e o greseala. Din aceasta cauza poate, nu s-a mai schimbat si curatat apa de la piscina (nu din vina conducerii si personalului hotelului) ceea ce nu e admisibil.

E a doua oara cand ne cazam la acest hotel si chiar nu inteleg parerile negative pentru acest hotel! Canalizarea chiar nu miroase, lenjeria e schimbata la 3 zile, camera cam micuta, dar curata. Nu e lux, dar e curat. Vrei lux, mergi la hotel de 5 stele si plateste. am platit 143 lei camera pe noapte. Singurul inconvenient, daca ai copii mici, e ca ai cam 250 m pana la plaja. Cca7-10 min cu piscine, jucarii si carut :D

Gradina interioara dar ar merita un aranjament profesional si profesionist(adica o investitie) Iluminatul holurilor dinspre gradina interioara Piscina(mai putin cea pentru copii-apa usor prafuita) arhitectura hotelului Confortul termic al camerei-nu am avut nevoie de pornirea aerului conditionat nici macar o secunda(probabil si datorita arhitecturii) Receptia are un aer primitor(ar putea fi si mai si cu o schimbare de mobilier si cu amplasarea unui tv in hol) Voi reveni oricand cu placere in statiune(dar as vrea o infrastructura mai buna) si in functie de locurile disponibile si prezenta aceluiasi personal prima optiune va fi Hotel Raluca

Gradina exterioara-foarte neamenajat, obtureaza foarte mult din vizibilitatea pe care si-ar dori-o cei de la etajele 1 si 2. Parcarea-ofera in varf de sezon mult prea putine locuri dar s-ar putea mari numarul de locuri de parcare prin reamenajarea gradinii exterioare
