Bieii de la bar fac nite cocktailuri de 10 plus! Mancarea este bun, are gust, dar fac chestii obinuite, paste, ciorbe de pui, carne de porc la tav,este cam acelai meniu mereu. Fetele de la curenie, nota 10 plus!

am avut apartament, am dat aproape 4000 lei... Dezamgitor, mobilier vechi, a doua camer nu avea ferestre deloc, parc eram in peter ! aerul condiionat pornea singur, dimineaa la ora 7.30.

Personal foarte amabil si serviabil. Mancarea foarte proaspata, diversificata Piscinele erau curate tot timpul

Fata de anii anteriori am ramas destul de dezamagita. Curatenia a lasat de dorit, in 4 zile doar gunoiul din baie a fost luat. Plaja murdara si plina de pet-uri, plina de scoici, barul de pe plaja foarte slab aprovizionat. Locul de joaca pentru copii foarte prost intretinut. aparatul de cafea din receptie nu a functionat. Ca si concluzie: Pretul a fost mai mic fata de anii anteriori, insa si calitatea serviciilor a scazut mult

Camerele curate , personalul foarte de treab, mancarea bun cu excepia micului dejun ( nou nu ne-a plcut ) . Buturile alcoolice bune .

Hotelul are un aspect invechit, mobilierul din camere cam ieftin , saltelele de la pat de proasta calitate , ezlongurile de pe plaj i umbrelele arat ca in anii 2000 , trebuie fcut un efort s fie adus hotelul la standarde de 4 stele 2024.

Cu toate c pe voucher era menionat faptul c patul este matrimonial, ni s-a dat o camera cu paturi twin. La solicitarea noastr ni s-a pus perdelua pentru intimitate. Erau dou recepionere, din care una, practic aducea un mare deserviciu unitii de cazare( cred c era nou venit deoarece nu tia aproape nimic ...Noi fiind clieni vechi nu puteam fi pclii aa uor. In schimb cealalt recepioner, exemplu de profesionalism! Ea a rezolvat problema cu perdelua, parcarea i multe altele. in camer mirosul era deranjant.. de invechit . La restaurant, fiind all inclusiv, era foarte aglomerat, i cu toate c era trecut un interval orar, pe serii, nu se inea cont!. Personalul ar fi trebuit s fie ateni la acest detaliu. am avut surpriza sa ne gsim masa ocupat cu toate c am lsat lucruri personale pe ea... Bineineles, acest lucru nu poate fi imputat locaiei.

Mancarea calda, uneori fierbinte, personalul amabil, la beach bar totul rece, gheata din belsug daca aveai nevoie

Beneficiai de facilitatile resortului dupa ora 16.00 cand primeai bratarile. Pe unde am fost primeam bratarile imediat dupa masa de pranz. Din aceasta cauza nu te primeau nici pe plaja lor desi erau sezlonguri libere.

Personalul amabil, mancarea buna si diversificata, pozitionare buna

apa din piscina a fost mereu rece, dupa ora 16 era umbr. Pe plaja sezlonguri putine si chiar daca erau o gramada de reguli afisate (nu rezervi , doar 2 indiferent de tipul camerei) era multi care nu le respectau si risti sa ramai fara sezlong. De la baie a fost tot timpul miros de canalizare.

Nu este cazul.

am fost i anul trecut in aceeai locaie. Super mulumii. anul acesta foarte nemulumii. Mancarea foarte proast. Pentru c am ajuns diminea la check in ne-au cazat, dar nu ne-au dat pranzul, ci doar cina. Cand am plecat am servit doar micul dejun. Deci am pierdut o mas pltit. anul trecut am putut lua pranzul i cina in prima zi i micul dejun in ultima zi. apartamentul nu era apartament. Era de fapt aceeai camer tripl din anul precedent. Diferena a fost c aceea era desprit de o draperie i aceasta de o u. in aceast camer fr fereastr nu se putea dormi. Cuptorul cu microunde era defect cand am vrut s-l folosim (avea fire rupte). a venit cineva i l-a reparat cand am cerut asta. Puteam s ne electrocutm, nu s Sigur nu vom mai opta pentru hotel Modern pe viitor.

Doar mancarea a fost bun i spectacolele de seara.

Hotelul nu are servicii de 4 stele, camera era mare dar mobilierul vechi ,salteaua pe arcuri era foarte uzat scartiaa i simea arcurile iti intr in oase( noi am cerut un topor c nu se putea dormi alfel i nu s a dat) baia veche fara aerisire sau ventilator,pe jos gresie veche , piscinele mici i nu am vzut in 5 zile sa o curee cineva ezlonguri puine la piscin, barul de la piscin deschis pan la ora 21, doar apa se mai putea lua de la un dozator. Loby bar nu exista ,spatiile de joaca vechi i nesigure pt copii .Plaja cu multe scoici intrarea in apa abrupt pt copii era imposibil de jucat in nisip. Hotelul e ok pt familii fara copii i fr prea multe ateptri.

Sunt multe si vor mai fi comentarii negative de la oaspetii cazati si pe buna dreptate. Serviciile oferite sunt sub asteptarile celor care au mai fost in anii anteriori. am inteles ca s-a schimbat conducerea si toate nemultumirile se rezolva din mers. totul trebuie imbunatatit: de la primirea oaspetilor pana la cel mai mic serviciu.

Foarte multe deficiente: Niciuna din dotarile hotelului nu justfica cele 4 stele si nici tarifele solicitate. Lipsa personalului la sala de mese ceea ce duce la cozi interminabile si timpul de ateptare ajunge la o or pentru a putea manca, mancare insuficienta si ne diversificata, camerele sunt mici pentru cele patru stele si prost echipate, mobilier vechi cu miros specific si neplcut, lipsa prizelor langa pat, lipsa saltelelor la ezlongurile de pe plaj, atitudinea sfidatoare a managerului hotelului, si astea sunt doar cateva din deficieentele hotelului. In concluzie evitai acest hotel.

hotel curat, ingrijit.... apartamentul in care am stat mic dpdv al suprafetei(25m2) dar impartiti foarte bine, living spatios cu firgider, cuptor cu microunde si fiebator electric, dormitor mic cu 2 noptiere si televizor mancarea foarte buna, stiu ca probabil majoritatea se vor plange ca mancarea se repeta dar sa fim seriosi cand luati micul dejun/pranz/cina nu cred sa pregatiti mai mult de 2 feluri de mancare... deci daca nu se exagereaza cu farfuriile pline, mancarea e diversificata si suficienta( mereu au fost 2-3 feluri de carne, 5-6 salate, rosii, castraveti, peste, 2-3 tipuri de fructe piscinele mici dar curate, cu barul la 5m ideal pentru o bautura sau o relaxare cu cei mici la piscina

Plaja este impracticabila. ar trebui o maina de concasat scoicile pe o adancime de cel puin o jumatate de metru. Nu se poate circula cu talpa goala. Puin loc de plimbat este la un metru de unde se sparg valurile pe plaja.

Camerele sunt OK, desi se ved spiritul de economie la dotari. Mancarea este buna, ne-am simtit forte bine, curatenie zilnica, dau tot ce trebuie, aprovizioneaza minibarul (berea este cea mai ieftina ca marca.) Personalul este amabil.

televizor minuscul, de 24" , cu semnal foarte slab. Unele programe abia se vedeau, altele deloc. Regim 3 mese all inclusiv- mancarea e buna dar vinul nu se poate bea! telefonul era de decor. au bifat unele dotari doar pentru a se incadra la 4 stele, desi sunt nefuncionale. Maximizarea profitulu este regula de baza si la acest hotel

Loc ok de joaca pentru copii, minibarul gratuit, piscine ok. Mancarea bunicica, aveai ce alege.

Curaenia lasa de dorit. am cerut matura de 2 ori in 5 zile, am facut eu curat. Doamna statea pe telefon. Liftul se bloca zilnic. am fost 5 familii in 5 camere duble superior, toti ne-am plans de saltelele de pe pat. Presiune mica tare la du, am pierdut o gramada de timp sa ne spalam 4 persoane. Plaja plina de scoici mari si taioase. am vazut seara la alte plaje cum cerneau nisipul sa scoata din scoicile mari care inteapa, aici nici vorba. Niste saltele impuite la plaja si deformate. Un loc cu poziionare perfecta, fix langa plaja. Deasemenea copacii din incinta hotelului fac ca dupa-amiezile insorite sa fie mai placute. Personalul f dragut, promt i amabil.

avand in vedere costurile pachetului i a camerelor in general, starea hotelului i a stelelor pe care le deine, lasa de dorit...s ar putea ine cont de uile vechi ce permit sa se auda orice zgomot.. coridoarele sunt intunecate i persista un miros ( am fost cazai la parter) urat..in concluzie, costul cazarii i Nr stelelor nu sunt direct proporionale cu condiiile ce le gaseti. Pacat de amplasarea hotelului i de personalul care ii da toata silina.

am ajuns in jurul orei 15.00, am intrat la receptie si mi s-a spus ca este disponibila camera. Doamna de la receptie foarte amabila mi-a spus ca imi va oferi o camera la parter pentru ca am copil mic. Camera dubla superioara cu balcon, curata, incapatoare, dotata cu cele necesare, minibar cu 4 sucuri ,2 beri si 2 ape a fost completat zilnic. Pentru Parcare am primit imediat card de acces si am lasat masina, fara a fi taxati suplimentar. am constatat ca plaja este la maxim 1 minut distanta de hotel, acolo am avut zi de zi 2 sezlonguri gratuite si bauturi la beach bar(cafea, suc si apa la dozator, prigat din bidoane la pahar). Baietii foarte amabili si de treaba. am intrat la cina la ora 19.00 unde masa e tip bufet suedez. Nu s- a pus problema sa nu gasim loc. In tot sejurul o singura data am asteptat la un mic dejun maxim 20 de secunde sa se elibereze o masa. Despre mancare va pot spune ca e diversificata, de la crenwurst pana la salata de guacamole cu avocado, salata tzatziki, etc. nu lipsesc fructele de mare, 3 4 tipuri de carne, gratar pe terasa, salate, masline 4 5 feluri. Daca nu te ai dus la mare sa atingi 100 de kg intr o saptamana ai ce manca lejer intr un sejur. Bauturile spirtoase de la restaurant sunt de calitate(Captain morgan, jim bean, etc). 2 psicine interioare ce face deliciul copiilor neincalzite dar nu mai reci decat marea. Sala de activitati pentru cei mici, spectacole tematice seara. Nu se fura din camere..desi aveam seif am lasat portofelul cu cate mii de lei in el acolo. Nu s a atins nimeni de el. O experienta placuta. Felicitari celor ce administreaza hotelul.

Calitatea sucurilor servite , lipsa mai multor dusuri de spalare la intrarea de pe plaja, programul de check in(18.00) - check out(11.00)

Camera cam mica, scurgerea la dus era infundata,aerul condiionat nu mergea,iar patul nu era fixat pe picioarele lui, doar te puneai pe el i se i mica. Nici curaenia nu e la ea acasa. Sub pat era plin de mizerie.Nu merita 4 stele in nici un caz. Ospatarii, toi tinerei care erau cam aerieni.

amplasarea hotelului. Este foarte aproape de plaja. Plaja privata. Spectacolele de seara, de la hotel erau frumoase, dar nu erau dedicate copiilor, desi majoritatea familiilor erau cu copii. trambulina pt copii era atractia acestora. Robinetul cu furtun pt spalarea picioarelor de nisip, de la intrarea in curtea hotelului. Parcarea nu este a hotelului dar ne-au ajutat sa obtinem un loc gratuit chiar langa hotel.

Curatenia lasa de dorit, cel putin la baie. apa din piscina era rece si cum am prins vreme rece, ne era tot una ca stateam in piscina sau in mare. am preferat varianta a doua. Mancarea nu pot spune ca era foarte diversificata. 3 zile au fost ficatei de pui. Fructe: mereu felii de gref si portocale. Cateva mere si caise. Micul dejun era mereu bun si diversificat. Desi multi erau foarte multumiti de servicii, probabil incazul meu a fost nemultumire si pt ca am facut comparatie cu hotelul Mera Resort din Venus, tot de 4 stele dar nu se compara cu ceea ce am gasit la Modern.

Chiar daca am fost cu soia in afara sezonului, ospitalitatea a fost la ea acasa. Felurile de mancare bine gatite i frumos prezentate.

Plaja care aparine de hotel nu se mai grebleaza ca acum 30 de ani. Personalul este amabil i saritor. totui prea puine servicii la barul de pe plaja pentru Ultra all inclusiv.

Este al treilea an cand mergem la acest hotel si constat imbunatatiri la toate categoriile. am fost cazati in jurul orelor 14, camera dubla superior f. spatioasa, baia mare, curatenie si scimbarea prosoapelor zilnic, mancare pt toate gusturile, gustari intre mese excelente. Va dau cateva ex de mancare din categoria gratarelor care erau zilnic la pranz: somon, aripioare picante, vrabioara, pastrav, muschi porc. alte feluri de mancare: 2 tipuri de ciorba zilnic, tochitura, ciulama pui, sosuri cu carne, spaghete..fructe: mere, prune, pepene, banane, portocale, grefuri, piersici, nectarine. La gustari: salate, fructe, clatite, freshuri, sandwishuri, mezeluri, popcorn, cascaval pane, hamburgeri, inghetata. Masa de seara nu am avut.o asa ca nu pot vorbi despre ea. Divertisment: zumba pe plaja, inot si aqua gym la piscina, animatori pt copii, dansuri seara, muzica live..acum, dvs decideti daca este ok sau nu.

parcarea nu este asigurata, trebuie sa parchezi intr-o parcare privata cu tarif 20ron/24 h; hotelul nu se implica cu nimic in a obtine un pret mai decent pt clientii sai, in timp ce hoteluri vecine au intelegeri cu respectivii la 50% reducere; te simti lasat in voia sortii de catre "gazda"...

The superior family room is spacious and is suitable to accommodate a family with one or two children. The family room with balcony is equipped with a sofa bed that can accommodate up to two children. The rooms were modernized in 2019 and have a balcony with a side view of the sea or pool.

STUDIO: The rooms are equipped with a double bed (160x200 cm) or two twin beds (80x200 cm), TV, AC, refrigerator, bathroom, shower, toiletries, safe, hairdryer, Wi-Fi.

The double room has a total area of 16.5 square meters and is suitable to accommodate a couple or a family with a child under 12 years old. The apartment has an area of 27 square meters and consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a living room. It is suitable to accommodate a family with one or two children. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed and a kitchenette equipped with a microwave oven, sink, dishes, etc.

PLUS APARTMENTS: The Plus Apartment is composed of two double beds, separated by a door, with two equipped and furnished bathrooms. The Plus Apartment is suitable to accommodate a family with two children or a group of four adults.

SUPERIOR APARTMENT: The Superior Apartments are equipped with a double bed (160x200 cm), a sofa bed, TV, AC, a refrigerator, a bathroom, a shower cabin, toiletries, a safe, a hairdryer, and Wi-Fi. The apartment with a panoramic view has a total area of 42 square meters. It is suitable for a family with one or two children. There is a 160x200 cm bed in the bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room that can accommodate two people. The living room and the bedroom are separated by a door, and the bathroom is equipped with a bathtub.

Meals:
The "Promenada" restaurant, built in the winter of 2005-2006, offers tourists a modern and elegant lounge with a capacity of 170 seats, a covered terrace with 80 seats and 80 seats outdoors, in the pool area.
All meals are served as a buffet (diverse Romanian and international cuisine), including a buffet of salads, fruits and desserts for lunch and dinner. The menus will be alternated so that, during a stay, tourists can benefit from a rich and extremely varied menu.
Also, our hotel offers themed dinners 3 times a week. Buffet with products suitable for children.

Beach bar- ALL INCLUSIVE: (09:00 – 18:00) - water, coffee, tea, soft drinks, beer, white, red and rosé wine.
The bar - a la carte - in the reception hall, operates between 10:00 and 21:00. Drinks, cigarettes, etc. provided for a fee.
