Am fost cazati intr-un duplex. Camerele sunt foarte spatioase, paturile mari si destul de confortabile.

In ziua cazarii, la toaleta, lipseau flacoanele cu gel de dus. Geamul de protectie de la cada era desprins de locul unde fusese lipit, adezivul fiind innegrit si avand o imagine dezolanta. De fiecare data cand se folosea dusul, gresia se uda pe o suprata destul de mare. Manerele de la usile bailor erau desprinse. Cardurile de intrare in camera trebuiau schimbate des (de 4 ori in 4 zile).

totul a fost OK. Conditii foarte bune de cazare, personal amabil, mancare foarte buna, dar nu foarte diversificata. Parcarea ar trebui un pic mai bine amenajata. Camera nu a avut vedere la mare. a fost un concediu placut. Voi reveni cu siguranta!

Plaja este foarte intinsa. S-a dorit a fi un lucru bun, dar e prea departe marea si acest lucru creaza un usor disconfort, de aceea multi turisti au optat pentru alte statiuni.

avantaje: foarte aproape de plaja, liniste, piscina adevarata, adanca (nu doar de decor), apa curata. Un loc linistit, plaja OK. Sezlonguri gratuite incluse in pret (mai departe de apa, dar oricum). Micul dejun relativ OK (nu foarte bogat, dar totul proaspat). Dezavantaje: camera a fost foarte mica, nu merita clar 4 stele din punctul de vedere al confortului, maxim 3. Nu exista balcoane. Personal putin. Doua zile la rand am stat la piscina cu fetita si a luat vantul vreo 2 umbrele si le-a aruncat in piscina, chiar langa copiii care se jucau inauntru - a fost un mare noroc ca nu s-a lovit nimeni. Le-am luat de acolo impreuna cu o doamna si le-am aruncat in piscina de copii de alaturi, care era dezafectata, fara apa in ea. Dupa ceva vreme a aparut un domn caruia i-am relatat problema, nu numai ca nu si-a cerut scuze pentru incidentul periculos si lipsa de siguranta, dar m-a si apostrofat ca am aruncat umbrela acolo. Restaurantul hotelului are preturi foarte mari. De fapt, si hotelul are preturi extrem de mari pentru ceea ce ofera. Una peste alta a fost un sejur ok, dar aceste aspecte pe care le-am relatat sunt destul de deranjante. Marile avantaje sunt locatia si piscina.

Personalul este de exceptie! Doamnele de la receptie au rezolvat toate cerintele pe care le-am avut, si in plus. Doamna manager a trimis acasa ospatarii si s-a ocupat personal de servire peste program. Camerele sunt foarte curate, ne-am bucurat mult si de dotarile oferite. Locatia este foarte buna, centrala si aproape de plaja, hotelul ofera chiar si sezlong gratuit la o plaja din vecinatate.

Intr-adevar, camerele nu au balcon iar pentru cei de la parter este practic imposibil sa isi usuce lucrurile afara. Insa acesta este doar un mic impediment care se poate rezolva daca hotelul va pune o sfoara in dreptul geamului.

Pacat de poziia hotelului, insa la capitolul dotari si servicii nu se ridica nici la 2 stele. am stat in doua camere, baile nu au geam afara, iar sistemul de ventilaie nu funcioneaza, motiv pentru care este un miros ingrozitor. Cand a ploat foarte tare, noroc ca am observat la timp ca printr-un spot aprins din tavan se scurgea apa ca la robinet, ca altfel puteam a ma electrocutez in timpul duului !!! Singurele dotari de 4 stele sunt holul recepiei si oarecum sala de mese. intr-o zi au schimbat doar prosoapele de baie, cele de faa au fost luate dar nu au fost schimbate, motivand ca celelalte nu au fost scoase de la spalatorie... Oare au decat doua randuri!!! in rest dezamagire totala...

i went on a business trip to Mamaia romania in order to solve a case for a client. the company i work for checked me in at palm beach. what i needed for my job is comfort, a wifi connection and a swimming pool + spa. all of these facilities were accessible for free in the hotel.

gym needs renovation and employees should work on their english.

I spent new years eve at palm beach hotel mamaia. Simply all i can say is that the food and the ambience was great although its dead season in winter but the location near the beach and the snow all Over the place was amazing. Definitely going back in the summer time.
