Un hotel comunist renovat cu mult bun gust si multa atentie la confort (atat cat s-a putut face din hotelul vechi). Sejurul la Hotel tomis a fost impecabil. totul la superlativ: curatenie, personal, ambient, locatie, plaja, mancare, servicii. Pretul este ceva mai mare, dar avand in vedere ca sezlongurile sunt gratuite pe plaja tomis, la fel si parcarea (in limita locurilor disponibile), se justifica. In concluzie, a fost o surpriza deosebit de placuta pentru litoralul romanesc. Vom reveni cu mare drag.

Un hotel foarte curat (curenie in camere in fiecare zi, prosoape schimbate, halate de baie i papuci de unic folosin i produse de ingrijire), personal impecabil atat la recepie, cat i la restaurant, mancare foarte bun (a putea aduga ca la preuri decente fa de restaurantele/terasele din zona bulevardului). Mi a plcut faptul ca din curtea hotelului am traversat bulevardul i am intrat direct pe plaja privat. ezlongurile incluse, beachbarul foarte aproape, i nu in ultimul rand toaletele pe plaj care au fost foarte curate (hartie igienic, spun, angajaii il curau de mai multe ori pe zi). am fost foarte incantai i am decis cu logodnicul meu ca anul viitor ne vom lua i prinii cu noi pentru ca ne a plcut foarte mult! Nota 10!

Foarte curat, camere micute, dar functionale, personal foarte amabil atat in hotel cat si la plaja, sezlonguri si umbrele suficiente pentru toti oaspetii in zona de plaja privata curata si bine intretinuta; meniu diversificat, gustos si suficient la micul dejun, spatiul verde din spatele hotelului bine intretinut, vedere foarte frumoasa de pe balconul camerelor de la etaj orientate spre mare.

Uneori seara - noaptea aparea un miros neplacut de canalizare in baie.

Este al aptelea an de cand mergem la hotel tomis,de fapt,mergem la Mamaia doar pentru acest hotel. Nu ne-a dezamgit niciodat. Personal foarte amabil i eficient incepand cu front office-ul , personalul de curenie, cei de pe restaurant. Singurul hotel unde, la recepie, miroase a parfum. O s recomand acest hotel tuturor cunoscutilor

totul a fost peste ateptri. Curenia a fost la nivel de perfeciune atat in camera cat i in interorul/exteriorul hotelului. Micul dejun inclus a fost foarte gustos i diversificat. De asemenea un plus au fost i cele 2 sezlonguri+o umbrel/camera incluse de asemenea in pret. Plaja privat situat foarte aproape de hotel i foarte bine organizat. Parcare gratuit in faa hotelului. Personalul hotelului extrem de amabile i atent la nevoile clienilor. Linite, fr muzica sau glgie care sa deranjeze. aproape de telegondola i de piaeta cazinoului din Mamaia. Magazin MegaImage chiar vis-a-vis de hotel.

un hotel foarte elegant, aproape de plaj, cu vedere la mare. am petrecut un concediu excelent. mncare bun, au plaj privat cu sezlong inclus in pre, personalul hotelului foarte ateni la cererile turitilor, in camer se face curenie zi de zi, prosoape schimbate zilnic, lenjeria la 2 zile. un 10 cu pentru tot ce inseamn hotel tomis!!! voi reveni cu siguran!!! Hotel cu plaja privata, ezlonguri incluse in pret, personalul de pe plaja foarte amabil. Plaja curata, intrarea in mare este lina i fr pietre. Camere mici dar curate. Curenia in camere se face zilnic, prosoapele sunt schimbate zilnic, lenjeria de pat se schimba la 3 zile. Deasemenea in camera avei la dispoziie halate, papuci i prosoape pentru plaja. Mic dejun diversificat, pranz i cina a la carte. Mancarea gustoas, personalul foarte amabil inclusiv cei de la receptie i cei care se ocupa de curenie. Hotelul dispune de parcare pzit i gratuit. in concluzie... Hotel de 3* cu condiii de 4*.

Un hotel deosebit de curat, cu personal extrem de atenr i amabil.In permanena se tergeau geamurile, se facea curat iar parfumul din aer era foarte placut. Dei camerele nu sunt prea mari, suplimenteaz prin existena balconului si prin amenajarea lor.am ramas impresionat de atenia la detalii, de grija pentru turiti.Se pun la dispoziie atat prosoape pt.plaj cat i halate de baie.Se face curat in camere i se schimb prosoapele zilnic. am avut un sejur minunat, recomand!

Hotelul este ingrijit, s au inlocuit ezlongurile la plaja (vanzatorii ambulanti deranjeaza, intra printre sezlonguri)...

La dus apa se aduna, nu se scurge (e neplacut, trebuie fcut ceva) Meniul la restaurant ar putea fi mai diversificat si imbunatatit cu mancaruri traditionale romanesti sau internationale la preturi rezonabile. amenajarea unei piscine in gradina ar fi un plus pentru petrecerea timpului. Dotarea hotelului cu masini de spalat i uscat rufe cu plata, ar fi benefica pentru turisti.

Pentru prima data mi-am rezervat la acest hotel! Prima impresie: receptie eleganta, un parfum deosebit in interior, cred cau au parfumant in instalaiile de aer condiionat . Iti da senzatia de prospetime si de curat tot timpul. Se face curat de mai multe ori pe zi , se lustruieste , se usuca pardoseala tocmai pentru a nu exista riscul de alunecare. am ajuns la ora 12.30 si camera am primiti intr o jumatate de or, super! Camera curata , baie perfect funcional, balcon cu vedere la lac, prosoape de plaja, prosoape zilnic schimbate, ca si lenjeria de altfel. Zilnic curatenie in camera, asigurate produsele de igiena pe toata perioada sejurului. Chiar am avut si o minitrusa pentru cusut, nasture, ata, ac! Mic dejun gustos si destul de variat, acelasi pe toata perioada Cu ceva bunvoina iti diversificai tu zilnic, oricum nu poti manca din toate produsele intr o singura zi! Pranz in fisa cont. Meniu a la cart. Foarte bine, in total!

Apa ar fi putut fi disponibila in hotel prin acele dozatoare de apa, ar fi fost ideal sa ai la dispozitie apa!

Curatenie si conditii hotel foarte bune. Intr-o zi nu am avut apa nici rece si nici calde, dar am inteles ca nu a depins de ei.

totul la superlativ, este al 3 lea an cand revenim. Curaenie in fiecare zi i prosoapele schimbate, aternutul la 3 zile, vedere la mare la etaj, chiar nu avem nimic de reproat. Parcare i ezlonguri gratuite, tot ce ii trebuie Micul dejun chiar daca se repeta, poi manca in fiecare zi altceva, fructe pe gustul nostru i mai ales cafeaua...cu lapte Revenim de cate ori se impune pt ca e tot ce ne dorim. Loc de joaca pt copii....muzica de jazz ne.a innebunit de placerePersonal amabil i servirea impecabila la masa, noi nu qm avut nici o problema

Din balconul camerei am avut o foarte frumoasa privete catre mare, catre aleea de promenada a staiunii i catre parcul din faa hotelului catre mare care e foarte frumos i bine ingrijit. Mancarea la restaurant ne-a placut foarte mult. Un mare plus al hotelului este plaja privata unde am avut sezlong inclus chiar daca am avut doar cazare cu MD. amplasarea hotelului foarte buna intr-o zona linitita.

Locul de joaca pentru copii ar trebui ingrijit mai bine. Sunt unele poriuni unde copii se pot rani. Lipsa unei perdele la baie face ca apa de la dus sa ajunga pe jos i exista riscul de alunecare.

Paznicii sunt cu un comportament inacceptabil. 1. cum am ajuns deja urla ca tranziterea -in afara de clientii hotelului- este strict interzisa, si ca nu am observat e si un afis la intrare (Evident eram din hotelul respectiv) 2. masina ISU (de pompieri) stationeaza acolo ceea ce este si in regula, problema este ca pompierii (aprox 5 insi) vin zilnic cu masinile personale, ocupand 5 locuri de parcare de la clientii hotelului. Daca cumva ai parcat in zona unde tin ei masinile personale, iti ridica stergatoarele, chiar daca din fabrica sunt proiectate sub capota astfel incat sa nu poate fi ridicate numai daca deschizi capota...

al doilea an consecutiv la Hotel tomis - totul la superlativ. am stat la etajul 3, camera cu vedere spre mare. Curatenie exemplara, atat in camera, cat i pe holuri. avand in vedere situaia actuala ( cu Covidul), tot personalul avea masca, se dezinfecta frecvent clanele, liftul, holurile. Micul dejun se servea pe terasa, chiar i cei pretenioi gaseau ceva pe plac...singurul dezavantaj: aglomerat, uneori erai nevoit sa astepti eliberarea unei mese. Plaja curata, cu sezlonguri i umbrele mari, noi.

Dei hotelul are plaja privata, aici vin i ali turiti cazai in apropiere...platind celui care se ocupa de plaja. E aglomerata, mai ales in weekend. Se merge destul de devreme pe plaja pentru a se ocupa sezlong...dimineaa la 7 nu se mai gasesc sezlonguri in primele 4-5 randuri. Vanzatorii ambulani sunt stresani...trec din 10 in 10 minute.

amplasarea hotelului aproape de plaja i privelitea spre mare. Curaenia, faptul ca se schimbau zilnic prosoapele i la 4 zile lenjeria de pat.

Camera i baia foarte, foarte mici. De abia aveai loc sa te miti in camera ( m-am lovit de cateva ori in colul patului). Bagajele de plaja le ineam in balcon . in baie era infundata scurgerea, fapt pentru care, de fiecare data cand faceam du se umplea baia de apa. Faptul ca te obliga sa iei cu mic dejun inclus. Eu nu mananc oua, costie, carnai etc. Drept pentru care mancam aceleai 3-4 lucruri zilnic . in ceea ce privete sectorul de dulciuri, trebuia sa fii pe faza sa prinzi chec sau pateuri cu dulceaa sau branza, deoarece dupa ce se terminau, nu se mai completa i ramaneai fara .

Curatenia, amplasarea, serviciile, personalul, mancarea sunt ok.

Camera mica, cu un miros de mucegai. Sezlongurile sunt gratuite, insa, nu stiu prin ce procedeu se ocupau peste noapte, incat la ora 8.30 nu mai gaseai libere decat in ultimul rand..... Barul amplasat pe plaja hotelului tomis nu are niciun pret afisat. Produsele sunt vandute in functie de aspectul turistului.....

a fost cea mai buna alegere pe care am facut-o petrecand un sejur la acest hotel. Este locul ideal pentru un concediu linistit, personalul serios care ne-a ajutat foarte mult cand am apelat, timpul de asteptare la pranz si cina este mai mult decat rezonabil. Despre mancare...foarte buna dar prea multa! Plaja la 2 pasi este super ok, cu sezlonguri si umbrela asigurate clientilor hotelului. Si am avut o surpriza placuta, sa vad foarte multe familii cu copilasi care erau adorabili pe plaja. Vom reveni cu siguranta aici si cu alte ocazii!

Un singur aspect ne-a nemultumit, dar nu este responsabilitatea hotelului tomis. De la asa zisul hotel vecin, se auzea non stop zgomotul facut de generator...acel generator ne strica dispozitia cand deschideam geamul pentru aerisirea camerei...Poate cineva din conducere va depune o reclamatie vecinului, ca sa nu mai strice linistea clientilor.

afisul de la barul amplasat pe plaja preciza clar ca sezlongurile se ocupa in ordinea sosirii la plaja. Din pacate, chiar daca era scris clar sa nu fie personalizate peste noapte cu lucruri personale (gen prosoape) aproape toate erau ocupate abuziv, astfel incat la ora 8:30 nu mai gaseai libere decat cateva locuri in ultimul rand de sezlonguri. Fara fair play, ca nu suntem englezi! :)

amplasare este ok. Distanta fata de plaja privata e mica. Noi am avut in fiecare zi sezlong, ora la care am ajuns fiind intre 8.30 si 9. Plaja privata aproape curata, mucurile de igara fiind parte din peisaj. Personalul amabil. Mancarea a fost buna. am ramas placut surprins de calitatea serviciilor. Preturile ok in comparatie cu ceea ce gasesti la celelalte hoteluri din Mamaia. am avut un loc de parcare insa nu am avut curajul sa mai plecam cu masina :). Locul de joaca pentru copii era bine ingrijit.

Camerele sunt cam mici (pentru 2 adulti si 2 copii) Micul dejun nu foarte diversificat pentru copii La micul dejun cele 2 aparatele de cafea/apa calda fac fata cu greu (se facea coada). Spatiul din jurul hotelului putin dezolant: in fata s-ar putea amenaja mai bine spatiul pentru parcare, in spate lucrurile nu pareau schimbate de multa vreme.

De cum am ajuns la hotelul tomis,ne-a intampinat un personal amabil,dispus sa ne ajute in tot ce avem nevoie. Camera a fost gata mai repede decat era preconizat si ne-am putut caza pe la ora 14. Foarte curat,doamnele maturau in fiecare zi si primeam prosoape curate zilnic. Mancarea foarte buna,micul dejun variat cu produse de calitate si chiar daca am avut doar micul dejun inclus am ajuns sa mancam toate mesele acolo,avand si scaune pt copii mici a fost mai comod. Utila si plaja privata cu sezlonguri incluse. am petrecut un sejur minunat la hotel tomis.

Cam mare galagia de la terasele de pe plaja unde pana in jurul orelor 2 se auzea muzica destul de tare... Lasa de dorit comportamentul unor turisti care arunca pe nisip mucuri de tigari in special, iar dupa un sezon se aduna destule...
