Este o locaie cu 2 cldiri una noua i una veche renovat, am avut ghinionul de a sta in cea veche aa c doar despre asta voi vorbi. am stat la parter am avut balcon generos, ins restul etajelor aveau balcon foarte mic. PISCINa, de nota 10, foarte curat ingrijit ezlonguri suficiente, parcarea destul de mare, mereu gseai locuri de parcare. Masa, am avut doar mic dejun inclus, nu a fost rea, dar e loc de mai bine. Curenie ok, veneau in fiecare zi s intreb dac e nevoie de ceva.

Baia, din cauza lipsei de aerisire mirosea urat i mucegaiul era ca la el acas.

Excelenta locatie, intima, linistita. Camerele spatoase la superior (in corpul nou), curatenie. totul e gandit pentru confort. Mancarea buna, la micul dejun e aceeasi dar nu a fost nici o problema. Excelenta cafeaua! Plaja Olimp 2 la cinci minute, cu nisip extrem de fin si intrare lina in apa. De-abia astept sa revin!!

ateptarile noastre au fost depaite. Din recenzii am crezut ca nu va fi ok dar chiar am fost foarte surprini . am avut cazare in cladirea veche. Mobila noua, dus la baie mai mare, geam cu plasa de anari la baie, prosoape noi albe personalizate, plasa anari camera, frigider foarte bun chiar daca era mic, aer condiionat i televizor ok, cu vreo 40 programe diverse, cea mai buna piscina din Olimp, mancare diversificata i gustoasa, NU a FOSt aGLOMERat.

Hotelul este dragut, am stat in camerele superioare (cele cu draperii rosii). Se face curat zilnic - matura si arunca gunoiul iar la 3 zile ne-au schimbat asternuturile si prosoapele. Piscina este super, apa curata, cea mica nu mai vroia sa iasa. Restaurantul cam scump, am stat 6 nopti iar in ultimele 2 zile am platit mancarea ca am consumat fisa cont. Mancarea este foarte buna. Hotelul e la vreo 7 minute de mers pe jos de plaja.

Nu era curat pe jos cand am primit camera, am solicitat curatenia care s-a facut a doua zi.

Camere spatioase, muzica ok, piscina.

Vederea apartamentului standard era acoperisul receptiei, lipsa plaselor anti-anari, canapeaua extensibila neconfortabila, acelasi mic-dejun in fiecare zi, lipsa televizor si aer conditionat in a doua camera a apartamentului, aerul conditionat se oprea doar scos din priza, un cearceaf si un prosop erau gaurite.

Mancare buna, dar nu excelenta. Cafeaua a fost buna. Piscina este relativ curata, cu apa potrivita.

Curatienia lasa de dorit. Hotelul este dragut, dar nu impresionant. Nu iese cu nimic din tiparele unui hotel obisnuit. Micul dejul acelasi in fiecare zi: 5 feluri de omleta, oua fierte si oua ochiuri. Cam asta era baza. apoi, mici "accesorii": cateva -f putine-fructe, lapte, unt, gem, etc. Pentru a doua masa, meniul destul de simplist, in 7 zile am cam repetat meniul, erau putine variante, ba chiar in ultima zi mi-a adus pieptul de pui gratinat...crud. Loc de joaca...exista, dar si el e banal.

Personalul atat cel de prestari servicii cat si cel al hotelului , cat am interactionat cu ei foarte ok cu atat mai mult cu cat, in mare parte este format din tineri sezonieri cu scopul de a castiga un ban pentru anul studentesc care urmeaza.Mancarea vorbesc despre micul dejun atat am servit eu la restaurantul hotelului destul de variata,proaspata cu suc,cafea,fructe,etc.Piscina hotelui foarte bine ingrijita,curatata in fiecare seara, cu suficiente sezlonguri, destul de mare ca si suprafata.Camerele hotelului sunt asa cum sunt descrise.Chiar daca sunt micute au tot ce trebuie(tv,frigider,aer conditionat ,paturi destul de comode,fotolii de asemenea destul de comode).Parcarea hotelului suficient de mare.Hotelul amplasat la o distanta destul de mica de plaja ( catre statiunea Olimp ) in felul acesta nefiind nevoie de inconjurarea celor doua lacuri dar,la o distanta mai mare de centrul statiunii pentru cei mai lenesi poate fi un disconfort.In concluzie m-asi intoarce cu mare drag la acest hotel.

"Galagie" aproape permanenta datorita boxelor amplasate foarte aproape de hotel (dimineaa, la pranz i mai ales seara). Camerele de la parter au un miros neplacut, mai ales in baie. Foarte rar schimbarea prosoapelor i suplimentarea cu articole de igiena ( sapun, gel de du etc).

Curat in camera in fiecare zi, piscina f curata. Plaja cea mai aproape era cea de langa vilele de protocol. Plaja era cat de cat curata. apa marii in ciuda vremii a fost f curata.

Menionez ca am fost cazata in perioada 07-15.07 i am fost cazata in cladirea modernizata a hotelului. Camera a fost ok, a incaput i patul suplimentar pt fetia mea de 8 ani. Partea proasta a fost mancarea. Nu tiu cum foarte multe persoane lauda mancarea de la restaurant. Intr-o saptamana decat la o singura masa a fost piept de pui la plita, ca de exemplu. Numai produse semipreparate i foarte scumpe. Cand mergi cu un copil indiferent de varsta incerci sa i oferi mancarea cat mai sanatoasa. Nici vremea nu prea a inut cu noi ca la unele mese sa mergi prin staiune sa cumparam altceva.

Hotelul Q (albert) este renovat de 3 ani si m-a surprins printr-un design foarte placut in interior, chiar artistic. Camerele sunt dotate cu aer conditionat, minifrigider si plasma. Piscina este bine intretinuta, iar plaja este la 7-8 min de mers pe jos. Restaurantul ofera o diversitate de produse la micul dejun.

Hotelul are potential foarte bun, dar curatenia lasa un pic de dorit. am vazut ca se foloseste matura pe mocheta, in loc de aspirator.
